So I got to the drive through one minute before they closed. Apparently they close at 10 PM. There were three vehicles in front of me, and I was right behind the vehicles. It was a minute before 10 PM and when I got to the girl and the guy that were standing there to take orders, I was ready to order one simple chicken sandwich and the girl was laughing and asking the guy if he should tell me, I was wondering what’s so funny but I didn’t say anything. Once I let her know that I need to order, she tells me that they are no longer taking orders, and then the guy that was with her because the same thing and says that they cannot help me. So then I went to the window behind the rest of the car since I was already in line. And I spoke to a guy, young looking Caucasian, he said the kitchen was already close, but he was going to see what he can do. Then he proceeds to come back to the window and tells me that the kitchen is closed. My order was not on the screen and they can’t do anything for me. I feel as if they could have because he literally went to check to the back when he already knew my order was not on the the screen since the kids in the front didn’t take the order. This is what happens when you have young little babies working and trying to run an entire store. I am very dissatisfied with the treatment in this Chick-fil-A and I will definitely no longer be coming back. I live two minutes away but I guess I will just have to find another Chick-fil-A. I will be contacting the manager regardless, but I feel that everybody should know that it is so inappropriate to be laughing without letting me know while I’m waiting for an order and then letting me know that they are not accepting orders. Read moreEver since this location has been re-opened all I encounter are issues. The employees are inattentive, the bathrooms are dirty, and the wait times are extremely long. The employees do not offer refills and ignore you if you wait at the counter for one. You have to almost attempt to get it yourself for them to even look at you. The employees place completed orders on a shelf and trust anyone to take them. My order was stolen so my wait time was more than 30 minutes for my food. The last time I was there, I waited 30 minutes for curbside but they employees left my order on a shelf and forgot about it, then proceeded to serve me food that was not at all fresh. They did not offer any kind of solution and I did not get compensated when filing a complaint in the app. I am trying to give this location a chance because it has always been my favorite but these issues keep happening every time I visit the restaurant! A remodel was not at all worth it if we have to sacrifice good service.. I am so so personally disappointed by this as I live 30 minutes away and it’s hard for me to make it out to get Chick-fil-A. I guess I will have to go the extra mile to get to Middletown. I would not typically leave a review like this one, but I have reached out multiple times on the app and I am not satisfied with the result. This time someone took my order from the pickup area. Read moreOrdered egg white grill and spicy chik fil a biscuit, ended up with an English muffin with cheese no protein and a regular chick fil a biscuit. They have left items out of orders of mine several times now. I called once they told me to install the app and email them and they would credit the app for missing items. That never happened so I deleted the app. I’m not going to waste my time calling again because I don’t believe anything will be achieved by that. It’s disappointing because I love chik fil a, but I don’t have time to go back and forth to get my order corrected. I guess it’s my fault. I should probably open everything in the bag to make sure it’s correct. Update they did it again this time they made me wait for my order, and this time I checked the sandwiches were labeled as ordered but when I got home an opened them they were wrong…I give up...
