Absolutely terrible. I ordered a veggie bowl so they started assembling it with rice and beans and moved it through to the next section with the salsa, guacamole, etc. I asked for lettuce and mild salsa, then they asked if I wanted anything else. I asked about grilled vegetables since the veggie bowl is supposed to come with that. They said they were out. I understand these things happen and if I had known that to begin with I would have ordered something else. In an effort to make up for it, I think, they put a huge spoonful of guacamole on the bowl that was almost as wide as the bowl itself. It seemed almost like they were annoyed I had asked about vegetables and just put a big scoop of whatever on the bowl. I asked for guacamole but I’ve never seen them put that much on. My husband went back inside about 5 minutes later for chips and noticed they were cooking grilled vegetables. He asked for chips, salsa, and a side of the vegetables whenever they were ready. They gave him the chips/salsa but disregarded what he’d asked about the grilled veggies. Just overall an unpleasant experience. To order an item, then to find out the item is not fully in stock after they’ve already made it (but weren’t going to tell me until I asked) then be charged full price for it anyway and have a giant portion of guacamole on top that just made the bowl mush. Then to go back in and see that they did have vegetables cooking… like I said, I understand things go out of stock. I just wish they would have told me instead of just giving me whatever they had and charging me the same price anyway. Disappointed and won’t...
Read moreWith Chipotle, the first thing to keep in mind is that you're paying for quality first, convenience second, and quantity third. With that being said, would I prefer that my $15 order included 33-50% more food, especially with respect to cheap items like chips? Sure — but such is life in America circa 2023. What I received was adequate; while your order may fail "the look test," because it features more than just empty calories you will indeed feel full, espcially if you eat leisurely. The overall experience was a solid 3.5 stars and the same can be said of pretty much any visit to this location.
For this visit, I ordered the app-exclusive quesadilla along with some chips and guacamole. The quesadilla was supposed to have chicken, cheese, fajita veggies, black beans, roasted chili-corn salasa, and sour cream; the fajita veggies were missing and the other sides were literally on the side, not in the quesadilla. This is arguably acceptable and probably on safer side due to the ambiguity that is inherent to ordering via app; however, it would be better if the app allowed the user to toggle between listing side items as in-entree or literally on the side (given that competitors in the market tend to include a way for you to have the side items in the entree itself).
One thing I will give kudos to the staff for doing is holding to the firm to the "ready by" deadline, having my items good to go in the pickup kiosk well upon my arrival. For people who order via mobile app, this tends to matter greatly, so well done with the overall execution...
Read moreUpon walking in the restaurant, we noticed the dining area was dirty. While waiting in line, we overheard that they were out of cheese, lettuce, and fajita vegetables… but those items were available if I would’ve placed a to go order, since we saw them. The lady filling our bowls wouldn’t even crack a smile. She was very unfriendly. She started to put beans in my friends bowl, and he didn’t want beans. So, she scooped them out with the spoon that goes in the beans and HIT IT ON THE TRASH CAN!!! I honestly couldn’t believe what I had witnessed. No one was asking if we wanted here or to go, so they bagged it up. We went to get drinks and all the lemonade fountains were empty. So we had to get a fountain drink. We tried to eat outside, after my husband cleaned off the filthy table. I couldn’t eat my meal, as it was swimming in sour cream. I also just lost my appetite from everything I just witnessed. We tried to throw our trash away, and there was no trash can in the outside holder, so others and stacked it on top. Went to try to throw away inside, and both cans were overflowing, so we put ours on top. Honestly, one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had. I will never come back to this Chipotle. But this Chipotle could get shut down by the state as...
