DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE
This Taco Bell has been poorly run for years. Recently I thought they may have finally gotten their act together and, in a lapse of judgement that can only be explained by hunger, decided to give them another chance.
The person at the drive through got my order correct on the first try without me having to repeat anything and the receipt showed they hand entered my order correctly. Things were already going better than I'd expected, so I foolishly neglected to check my order after they handed it to me.
I got home and sat down to eat my dinner, only to discover what I should have already known; they'd messed up my order once again. Drove back to the store and went inside this time. Multiple employees looked at me while I stood at the counter holding a bag of food and a receipt. It should have been rather obvious why I was there, but nobody acknowledged me until I called someone over.
I explained that they messed up my order and asked them to remake it as printed on my receipt. I also asked for another taco to make up for the time and gas I was wasting over their mistake. The person I spoke with said they'd see what they could do.
Now to give credit where its due, they remade my order much faster than I'd expected. Didn't get that extra taco though, and the employee that dropped off my food on the counter was gone before I had a chance to say anything. Realizing it was a lost cause, I went home to eat my dinner before it got cold.
This is far from the worst experience I've had at this Taco Bell. Seriously, just go to the one on Preston. It's worth the extra...
Read moreThis place is the absolute worst on 3rd shift. The employees are terrible, they don't care, they make you wait forever. I will never eat here, and if I was the owner I would recommend firing every rude person in here. They make a customer wait, begging for 30 minutes for their order while you wait. I want nothing more than you speak with the general manager so I could gladly let them know about my experience and lack of care, compassion, work ethic, knowledge, competency. If these are the people you hire, what are you doing? Came back to edit and add, what type of terrible employees do you have working here, that while someone is pleading with them, to just do their job, while they wanted to just goof off and talk, they decide that it's a great idea to laugh at said customer. I was also wondering why they had homeless people inside the store cleaning up the front lobby. That doesn't sound very legal or hygienic. So we will see if corporate likes hearing about all of this. People like these employees should not have a job, if this is how they proceed to treat people and...
Read moreWe were told after we had sat and waited in the drive through line that the restaurant was only taking mobile orders and wouldn’t take an order at the speaker. There was nothing indicating this before we pulled into the drive through, and there was no way to leave the drive through since there were cars in front of us and concrete barriers on either side. We were stuck long enough to be able to place a mobile order and then we were told at the window that we needed to pull around front and someone would bring our order out. We waited for a while before we went inside to ask if someone was still bringing it out - it had actually been ready the whole time at the drive through window, and they just weren’t going to bring it out. Overall, it took over 30 minutes to get our food, but at least it tasted fine in the end.
If you don’t have the staff to handle drive through orders, turn off the drive through lights and put up a sign instead of trapping people in your drive through - you’re just making the...
