Home Run Burger — Restaurant in Louisville

Update post 9-7-23. We've been to this location several times with no problem. Will NOT be back!! 0 stars for this location. Asked son to pick up order (through toast). Thinking process for pickup will be smooth...NOPE he only received partial order. We live 20 minutes away call several times, but there is no answer. We decided to go back to the store. Requested refund or remake order young lady stated couldn't refunded due to me ordering online. She then stated I'll just make items missing items. My response was no, you'll remake the whole order. Partial order I have now will be cold because it should have done it correct the first time it's an inconvenience for me to travel back here, she responsed to cowoker girl drop them 8 burgers with attitude. Made me feel as I was inconvenience of them but ya didn't get order right 1st time....I always add nice tip amounts and this is how I get treated, my time is just as valuable already running late for work and still fries and onion rings refried in old grease and still didn't correct burgers if they we're short on certain items for specialty burgers say something nothing was said at all just attitude. Disappointing experience this location waste of money and time!!! 3yrs ago, I rated 5 stars...

Our family has loved HRB since its days over in the strip mall by St. Matthews mall. Even this particular place we've enjoyed thru the years. But holy moly. This location has gone down the drain.

The tables were sticky and dirty. The floors were so sticky every step sounded like you were peeling your shoes off the floor. The chairs were absolutely disgusting to touch and the highchairs were unusable because of how nasty they were. The condiments were on a janky broken table. There were no lids for regular drinks or napkins (until some nice kid got them for us eventually and this kid is the only reason this place doesn't rate 0 stars). The soda machine area was nasty, sticky, and dirty. There was no tea. The fries were clearly from yesterday, were cold, and not seasoned. It was straight up sad. I'm so...

Stopped by for the first time and the burger is tasty! Great customer service. But they seem to be understaffed, and the energy is a bit chaotic in the kitchen lol you can tell they’re racing to keep up. And I think this might be related to why my burger didn’t have the toppings I asked for. Not sure if they were on autopilot or swapped mine with someone else’s, but out of the 4 toppings I asked for, they only got the lettuce right. Gave me raw instead of grilled onions, pickles instead of jalapeños, and added tomatoes I didn’t ask for. If you’re particular, I’d recommend watching as they make yours. I noticed a woman ahead of me was monitoring while they were assembling her order and now I understand why lol but all in all, great burger and bun....
