Derby City Pizza Co Highlands Dundee — Restaurant in Louisville

Our last visit was our LAST visit at this location! The owner and manager have a lot to learn about customer service! Our pizza was cold, so the "owner" came out in street clothes, never acknowledged who she was, and took our pizza away. A few minutes later, our sever returned with our "warmed up" pizza, which was still barely warm. When I asked for a box so I could properly cook our pizza at home, I was told I couldn't have a pizza box🙄 we were expected to put a medium pizza in a foam container. I finally just told our server to take the pizza away and I wasn't paying for it!! Who doesn't give pizza boxes...

Huge fan of the one on Crittenden drive so checked this one out at 3pm on a Sunday. Not busy (maybe 4 customers). Asked the girl behind the counter if we can sit wherever she said yes (was on her cell). Someone brought us drinks maybe 7 minutes later and said someone would come take our order. They didn’t even have straws. Left after 15 minutes and will give them time to settle in...

Had pizza and some beer at this neighborhood spot. Pizza was good thin crust and very tasty. Service was very good. One down side was that the entrance was not shoveled and very icey. I visited several days after a 7 inch snowfall so there was plenty of time to have made it safe for patrons. Guess they don't care about the safety of...
