I am giving a one star review because of the manager's nonchalant and uncaring attitude about a big mess-up on their part due to a very inept employee. I would never have written this review had the manager said they were sorry for the mess up, but he never even acknowledged it. At 5:27 I called to order two pizzas. I had some questions and the employee on the phone taking the order had to put me on hold to get help for every question. He was not knowledgeable about Domino's, nor skilled as to how to take an order. The call took me more than 7 minutes. OUR PIZZAS NEVER ARRIVED. After an hour I called to check on it and low and behold they told me they never took such an order and went so far as to tell me I must have called another Dominos. I told him I would come get the pizza that was supposed to be delivered a half hour earlier. That phone call took two minutes. I arrived with my cell phone that showed I had a seven minute conversation with someone at that store two hours earlier. He refused to look at my phone, never acknowledged that he had an employee that made a mistake and never acknowledged that it took me two and half hours to get two pizzas. I asked him to give me half price on the order and he gave me my coke free. I don't care about the money. I care that this Domino's has a dishonest manager with no integrity. Read moreI placed an order online at approximately 11:21 p.m. on 02/06/2018 for Order #332979. The online system stated my order was successfully placed. 10 minutes later I get a call from the manager stating they were closing early because he said, "my drivers are hydroplaning because of the weather conditions." That was completely untrue, I was actually driving a rear wheel drive vehicle on Bardstown right before I placed my order and I was experiencing no problems "hydroplaning." The domino's store was less then 2.0 miles away from my location. The manager just wanted to close early even if it meant inconveniencing a customer. This is also not the first time I have had an issue with this location. Another time I called to place at order at about 11:40 p.m. (and orders were supposed to be able to be placed up until midnight). The guy who answered the phone was very rude and sarcastically stated that "our computers are down." BS. There have also been a couple other times I called to place an order and received a curt response. In summary, about 85% of the time I don't have any problems with this location. Read moreFirst time I tried to order for delivery but it got cancelled due to lack of delivery driver which is understandable, however I tried to order again around 11:30 pm but this time for pick up. I waited for the tracker to tell me that they were done, it was pretty close to midnight and i thought it didn't matter because food was already made, not a big deal but I was mistaken once I arrived merely a minute past midnight because I wasted few minutes trying to get someone's attention since doors were locked. While trying to get attention i noticed a receipt sticking out of warmer and i figured it was my order. Once I finally had gotten the attention of a worker, i tried to show the tracker and order on phone but they told me they're closed, i showed again indicating that food were made. The worker kept saying they're closed and can't do anything. Then i asked if i can get refund then and the worker just nodded..
