Every time I go in the afternoon it's always a disappointing experience there is an extremely unhappy employee who desperately needs to wear a hairnet while he is working, every time I go and get afternoon coffee he completely ruins my day with how nasty and rude he is two people extremely disappointing. several times I've actually attempted to make him at least smile or act like he wants to be there even if he is just pretending but nothing ever seems to work I actually feel sorry for him for being such a horrible miserable person definitely has no need to be anywhere near customer service. Heine Brothers Coffee was a unique and cool coffee shop. Located inside the hotel on the corner of liberty it is defiant an up scale environment as you can tell by the pictures.

The decor is industrial and edgy. The coffee was great quality. The place was very busy the baristas were quick, pleasant, and made good coffee.

This would be a great place to work if you were staying at the hotel, or a place to stop in on the go, but is not a go and hang out or get something very unique kind of coffee shop. This doesn’t make it bad in any way, just their target audience.
