GRR! I Stopped coming to this location due to bad customer service from the supervisor on a bad order. I have to give credit to owner for paying attention to his reviews because, he responds. I got on the phone with him, such a pleasant man! He offered to resolve it by replacing sandwhich, however, I wasn't looking for free food OR to go bacback to this location. FINALLY decided to go back if that same supervisor was not there. So I would call ahead to check. If he was there I didn't order...not doing revenge service, thank you. So I caught him not there and ordered, the owner had great advice order the liquids on the side to avoid soggy bread or their over use of liquids. Took the risk today, ordered vinegar on the side and add mayo. They added mayo and still put vinegar on sandwhich. SO they seen add mayo but didnt see sauce on the side?!? Problem is you can give me another sandwhich all you want to correct it but points and coupons are already gone and they cant replace them. I’ve reported this before, even going to corporate - that EVERY time I order form this location, my order is incorrect or missing something. Today, after a 45 min wait, 3 of my 4 sandwiches were made incorrectly. Toppings wrong. Forgot the cheese. I’ve contacted corporate before because I never hear back from this store when I have emailed them. So I won’t email them anymore. I’ll give one star. I’ll never go to the Louisville CO location again, even though it’s the most convenient location to my home. I will drive out of my way to get the correct order. Read moreWow talk about attrocious service. I ordered my sandwich online for lunch while at work. I did this so I don’t waste my entire lunch break sitting in the store. I arrive when it says my sandwich will be ready and it hasn’t been started. This is 25 minutes after ordering it. There is only one customer in the store when I arrive so it’s not like it’s busy... I specifically noted in my online order I needed my sandwich plane because I am allergic to peppers. I see her immediately start making my sandwich with peppers and have to stop her and tell her I ordered my sandwich plain.
