Short version: don’t ever order anything from here through Uber Eats/Doordash/Grubhub. The store doesn’t value quality when it doesn’t directly impact them, since all delivery app complaints go to the delivery company instead of Jet’s. Pizza was inedible, cheesy bread sucked, they didn’t send the 2 sides of ranch that I paid extra for :( manager didn’t offer anything to help, just told me theres nothing they can do since I ordered through Uber Eats. We also got an upset stomach after eating a piece from how greasy and gross it was. (Also just to note: the pics included are what the pizza looks like after we dabbed as much grease off as we could with napkins) Long version: I’ve ordered from Jet’s Pizza several times in the past and it’s always been great, I’ve never had a single complaint. Tonight I ordered a pepperoni pizza through Uber Eats and was sooo disappointed. It was so greasy that it was inedible. It was sitting in a pool of grease and was incredibly soggy. We tried dabbing the excess oil off and after 8 paper towels, the best we could get it to look are the pictures I included. Uber support told me there’s nothing they can do because I received the food I ordered, regardless of whether it was edible or not. I called the store and spoke with the manager. I was super polite and calm and explained the situation, and he told me there’s nothing that he can do because I ordered through a 3rd party app. He said the longer the pizzas sit, the more greasy they get, and I have a suspicion this pizza was made hours before I even placed my order because the food was cold and the cheesy bread I ordered was hard and dried out. I explained that I understand I ordered through Uber Eats and I understand that sometimes mistakes happen, but I was also confident this pizza was gross when it left the store. He apologized and kept telling me there’s nothing he can do to help. I’m pretty sure they knew this pizza was messed up when they made it, but they decided to send it out for delivery anyways because the manager knew that ultimately if someone complained, he could just tell them there’s nothing that can be done since they ordered through Uber Eats. Would’ve been nice if he offered a coupon or ANYTHING besides ā€œnot our fault or our problem.ā€

First, we attempted to order for delivery, but our location near the airport was out of the delivery area. There was a promo that said text your order to us for 15% off. We couldn’t get that to work. Eventually we were able to place our order. Their pizzas are more reasonably priced compared to comparable items at other pizza places. Overall, the pizza was satisfying and had lots of toppings. We wished the ordering process had taken less time, but it was what it was. Would recommend picking up a pizza from here in the future.

I have to give credit where it is due. From calling to make sure the order was correct, to calling when the pizza was dropped off, everything was absolutely perfect, and that is hard to come by these days. The employees I spoke with were very friendly including the delivery driver. Customer service has went downhill, but my experience was above and beyond what I have experienced lately! Not to mention I received everything exactly as ordered! Thank you!

I have to give credit where it is due. I only live a few minutes away, so this was my go to pizza place. Usually I order my pizza online and by the time I get there it's ready. I ordered my pizza as usual and it said it would be ready in twenty minutes. I arrived about ten before it said it would be done because it's usually ready within ten or fifteen minutes. This time I was getting concerned because multiple customers were coming in and leaving and I was still waiting. Around twenty minutes after my pizza was supposed to be ready a delivery guy came in pulled a pizza out of his bag and was handed another pizza. They then called my name and handed me the pizza the delivery guy brought back. As I was walking across the parking lot I heard the delivery guy say he was going back to the house for a third time since he was given the wrong pizza. No one ever mentioned to me my pizza had already been delivered to the wrong place and had to be picked up and returned. When I got to the car I opened the box. It didn't appear to have been touched, but it was barely warm. Just in case I threw it away. They could have admitted it was accident and offered to remake. Horrible business they messed up our entire order. Lied and said they wrote our name down and when we called to redeem it we were told. Our name wasn’t written down. After they told us we could only get half of what one of the pizzas were worth. I have plenty of friends who had problems here and didn’t have an issue getting their problems corrected. Meanwhile one of the so called managers that was supposedly there that night tells me to calm down. We even had the receipt as proof of our purchase after this long 5-8 week period. If this idiot spent half the time he did telling me to calm down on his job instead, this wouldn’t be an issue. I guess jets just hires any idiot from the street. In the end we were penalized for someone’s lack of ability to do their job. We spent nearly $40 on mediocre pizza and service that wasn’t even successful in...
