McDonald's — Restaurant in Louisville

I ordered a sausage McMuffin this morning on my way to work and one whole side of the muffin was hard as a rock. I could feel it through the wrapper before I even opened it. I couldn't even bite into it, it was that hard. They should have noticed that when preparing it and/or wrapping it up. Total waste of money and now I have no breakfast.

I come here every morning on my way to work and the drive thru has steadily gotten worse since one of their regular workers quit. I used to enjoy stopping here but now I consider a pain but it's the only place from home to my work to stop so I still go.

This location needs to do better.

I still stop at this McDonald's every morning on my way to work but I honestly do not like this location at all & I would not recommend to anyone.

It's gotten so bad that they can only take one order at a time in the drive-thru. At least that how it goes in the morning around 6:40 a.m.. It's McDonald's. I'm not expecting fine cuisine nor impeccable service but I do expect a fast food restaurant to be able to take more than one order at a time. This morning I waited almost 5 minutes to place my order with only one car in front of me bc there was a car in front of them and they couldn't take the next order without filing the one they were on. McDonald’s is always a place to get a nice consistent meal.

This McDonald’s is always clean and serves consistently good meals. McDonald’s is still after many years my favorite fast food breakfast spot. I enjoy the Egg McMuffin frequently. When I want to indulge a bit I go for the Bacon, Egg, & Cheese biscuit. I love a good biscuit! My hash brown this breakfast trip was especially good!

I am a huge fan of the new mobile ordering app. I order on my phone and drive thru or get curb side pick up. I tend to like the drive thru pick up. After you order, you give them your mobile order number at the drive-thru and that’s it. You order is placed correctly even with customizations. Your meals are stored in your favorites for quicker future orders. There is no additional fumbling with a credit card at the window. Just pick up the food and go. It’s doesn’t get much easier!

(1) I guess after having had breakfast twice at the "Twig & Leaf," a breakfast at McDonald's is not the same. ;-( (2) Every time I have come here in the past few months, the first toilet in the Women's restroom has had "stuff" in it. It hasn't (been) flushed. Even if you press the button to flush it manually, it often takes 2-3 presses for the stuff to go down. So, (1): the sensor is not working to know when a customer has left the seat (or stall) so that it will flush, and (2): even trying to flush it manually does not work efficiently. A customer should not have to touch the button. It's not hygienic & what's the purpose of having a sensor-type toilet if it doesn't work? (3) I have told management once & an employee once.
