McDonald's — Restaurant in Louisville

AVOID THIS LOCATION! It was a circus! Went in with my 3 nephews for breakfast. The young man at the counter spoke absolutely no English so he kept ringing up the wrong items. I had to ask for assistance. I understand everyone needs to train but don't leave him up there by himself. Manager sent him to check and see if they had donuts, he said yes. Well, they didn't. I got charged for them though. Gave us 4 cups, no lids no straws. A gentleman who was another customer got us straps and cups since I had my hands full with my nephews. Went back up for a refund and another lady was having issues getting the young man to understand her order. By this time the line was approaching the door. They had numerous people working the drive-through and prep, but no one helped this young man. Once we got the order, one of the syrups had a hole in it and leaked all in the bag, so everything was covered in syrup. We will NEVER go back to this...

If it wasn't so convenient, I'd NEVER go.

Service(lunch/dinner) - is NEVER fast, at least 3 out of the 7 workers act as though they are at home talking with buddies instead of working. Managers(used loosely) are no better.

Aesthetics - this was as clean as I've seen the place. Few tables could have used some wiping, but 9.5 out of 10. Even the drink station was tidy...and this is usually the messiest spot in the place.

Food - ordered simple...2 cheeseburger meal. Wishing my bun wasn't smashed and that the fries were cooked maybe...30 seconds longer. Also, I wish they knew the CORRECT way to scoop fries. Yes, there is a correct way. Being that I worked in the industry, I'm privy to that skill-set. I would just like them to look like they do in commercials. 1/2 carton of fries will REALLY set me off for as much as they want you to pay. Pet peeve of mine. After several visits to this McDonald's unfortunately I hate to say rather drive several miles down the road to another McDonald's even though this one is in walking distance of my home with that said the management is very rude not helpful they are slow at service and seem to get even the smallest order wrong and when you go to it to be corrected you would think you're going through a security checkpoint somewhere. I truly hope that the McDonald's corporation addresses these issues with this McDonald's because it's me and my family's favorite place to eat and always has been in everyone who I've encountered around this McDonald's agrees with the statements I have made it's sad that this operation has become such a unpleasant experience and I look forward to improvements as soon as possible so that I can visit my neighborhood McDonald's again thank you hope everyone who reads this has a great...
