Rally's — Restaurant in Louisville

Me and my husband wanted rally’s food Friday night 1/29/21. It was between 7 and 8pm, we pulled in there a younger lady that had a rally’s uniform on walking out a side door steering me and my husband down. She also had what looked to be her gf or husband or friend with 1 other person as well. This lady was walking them out of the back of rally’s and she keep steering at us like she was up to no good and making sure we were not seeing what she was doing. It was very uncomfortable feeling and looked very shady. I get to the intercom to order my food I was giving the total of like $24 and some change.. Then the lady said oh wait we can only expect cash right is that okay. I said well I don’t have cash I can’t pay with my debit card. She said no we can only take cash. I found that very shady. I was like okay I’ll go across the street and get cash.. I was thinking to my self. But I said why can’t I pay with my debit card. Then the lady on the intercom became very rude said again we are only excepting cash if you don’t like it then go some wheres else. I noticed other people were leaving and not ordering as well. After her being rude I didn’t feel comfortable going back and ordering. The whole ordeal was shady with the employee walking people out of the back that didn’t look to be employees to basically only excepting cash.. She could of at-least said our credit card machine not working or internet is out. But no just got super rude we only except cash, and she wasn’t very good or professional on the intercom to start with. It was not a good experience you all need to get a manager there to get your employees under control have them be a little more professional. Also your parking lot was full of trash which made it...

So look, I'm leaving two stars because I thought the manager was the only part of my experience that was good otherwise I feel this place deserved even less than one star.

So for starters I walked in and these two guys had been there for fourty-five minutes. It took the staff fourty-five minutes to make eight sandwiches. They were still there around twenty minutes after I got there. It should never take an hour to make someone's food.ive worked fast food and we had buses of people come in and we just slammed the food out. If I were their boss I would have cleaned house.

I waited on my food for fourty minutes, and we only ordered two normal cheeseburgers, one order of fries and two drinks. After about 20 minutes I finally asked "can we at least get our drinks?" And the guy huffed and puffed the whole time. Sorry to inconvenience you by asking for something difficult like a drink I paid for.

Finally got my food. I asked for one buffalo sauce and the snotty guy at the register told me he was charging me for it. CHARGING 35 cents to my damn card after waiting that long?!? Are you serious?!?

I told him to keep it. The manager came out to me and told me she was sorry,that he's new and gonna lose his job soon. She gave me a fry coupon. She was nice and clearly had a terrible crew.

As nice as she seemed, I'll never be back. And honestly it's every rallys. If I'm not getting terrible customer service I'm getting terrible food or food poisoning. I'm over it. Sorry but Im gone for...

Ok ok...I arrived there round 8:30 PM on 03/30/2021...there was a line. Took 15 or so to make and receive order. The fools didn't even give me correct order. So I waited for them to rectify their mistake that they wouldn't own up to despite the receipt says what I ordered. I drove all the way home and got settled in and when I was about to start eating I noticed again their mistakes. So I put my clothes back on and got back in car and drove all the way back. I calmly advised the associate/CSR at the drive-thru and they remade order. I get all the way back home and the order still not correct!!!!!!!!!!!! I ordered TWO RALLY BURGERS W/ CHEESE!!!!!!! Minus pickle lettuce and tomato...where the cheese at??? They even had it on receipt!!!!!!!!!! And repeated order so why was it still not prepared correctly not to mention food quality was sub par. Are there any good Rally's/Checkers locations around any more??? I wouldn't had to leave this review if they had have gotten it right after I drove back. The staff didn't seem to be concerned about getting it right. I'm not stupid. I have restaurant experience and what they were doing was unacceptable...better hope the person who views the feedback on here doesn't read this. This ain't over! I will go back and make this location get my order correct and treat me with the respect and...
