I went to the drive thru 4/2/24 @ 12:30am. I never had a complaint with this location until now. I placed my order with Miguel at the drive thru & informed him I had a $2 off coupon/receipt, but couldn't make out the total when he said it on the speaker. I pull up & ask what's the total please, while handing him my debit card & coupon which he wouldnt take from me! He just stared which seemed like forever! Sir what's the Total! Still staring in great confusion. I'm explaining this is a coupon, he totally ignores me & starts taking the next order! He finally takes everything & hands my card back. I said; Sir! Are you OK today? You seemed very confused. I've used this receipt/coupon before, no prob. He Tells Me, mind you with a grin; I thought it was fake. How!! You never even looked at it!! You never took it out my hand!! He hands me the receipt for my current order so I flip it over & show him, it's the same thing! This visit was an unnecessary waste of time. Great food though. First it's the drink you tell me you have all diet products no coke and I could barely understand so I try asking what else you have, rude response. I get to the window to pay and have to come back because you ring the order up wrong. I don't see a receipt in the bag so I drive bag up there to get the rest of my food. Rude response, no apology because you rung it up wrong. Not to mention you tell me the receipt is in the bag where, because if I saw it I would not have drove from work to get the rest of my food that you forgot to ring up, even though you repeated it correctly. Read moreI went thru the drive thru at 11:50 pm, and they were closed. The door times and the website says they’re open till 1am. I called and the employee hesitantly said they were closing at midnight. It’s a coin toss whether you’ll get to place an order at Nighttime or not…if u do get the chance,lol, b prepared to wait at least 20-30 minutes if u have 3 or 4 cars n front of u and that’s a win if there r only that many. I tried to edit their closing times through google (following that protocol) and they responded with a sorry but we couldn’t verify ur edit even with the picture I sent of the drivethru lights off and before midnight I believe.
