Subway — Restaurant in Loveland

I regular this subway with my husband as we live close by I’ve NEVER experienced this bad of service & unprofessionalism as I did the other night Tuesday night by an Ashley! I can’t believe how unprofessional & rude this chick was, when first walked in there was a line of customers including a door dasher, she was on her phone yelling about some chick sleeping with her boyfriend than proceeded to leave her coworker while she smoked or whatever outside for 40 mins. After she comes back she is still on her phone, gets off the phone then yells & THROWS the door dashers food on the floor of store all because he was trying to ask for a receipt ( he didn’t speak English well). That’s when my husband said something to her cause he was so APALLED by her behavior. Which then caused a 15 min argument she was acting like she wanted to physically fight my husband calling him names & commenting on his appearance. So we try again last night! Same thing she’s unprofessional & rude we walk in & she YELLS from behind the counter at my husband then we had to wait another 30 mins for our online pick up cause she was alone moving slow & too concerned bout complaining to the other customers bout how her life sucks . I can’t believe managers allow ppl like that to continue working there, please do something...

Shout out to Michaela and Alliah (probably spelled that wrong haha, apologies). This is the most wonderful Subway I’ve been to, purely because of the customer service. They are so so sweet there! We’ve only been there twice, but both girls were so amazing and so nice. Their shop was immaculate and the team members are absolutely AMAZING! I work in the customer service industry and try to give my customers the best experience I can. So, it is really nice to have people treat me the same way I treat my customers. The second time we went they were out of something, but it was only a half hour till they closed! I never expect a shop that serves food to have EVERYTHING still available that close to closing (it’s not their fault that we came in so close to closing time). It’s just not reasonable. They still had plenty of wonderful options available for me. I still got a wonderful sandwich, but the amazing team member made me happier than any sandwich could! Thank you so much ladies for...

I’ve been to this location twice and have had nothing but a wonderful experience. People who don’t work in the retail/food industry leave these ridiculous reviews like “they don’t carry this anymore”....okay so how is that the stores fault? Coming from the customer service industry, this shop is SUPERB in my opinion. Customer service was PERFECT, cleanliness of the store was amazing, and our food was made exactly how we wanted it. For the next person who wants to gripe about them not having something, WHY DONT YOU CONTACT SUBWAY CORPORATE YOU MORON ITS NOT THE EMPLOYEES FAULT!!!!! But on a positive note, if you’re passing by this subway or want to go out of your way, DO IT, you won’t be disappointed!
