I am disappointed in the service at my recent visit. I placed an order in the drive thru for 4 items. At the first window, I was asked what I ordered and paid. I noticed the vehicle in front of me receive there food and was almost given my large sweet tea. At the second window, I was given the tea and told to pull through and park in the drive thru #1 space. I did so. The red truck was behind me in line parked in space #2. A few minutes later, a gal came out and gave #2 his food first. She came to me and asked what I ordered. She didn't have it. I gave her my receipt, she took the food she had to a third vehicle, and went back inside. A third customer comes walking up from a different space and told me that he was told to park in #1, but he couldn't because I was there. I told him that they seemed to have lost my food. Eventually the gal came back, served a forth vehicle and then me. All in all, my visit was 15-20 minutes which is not acceptable for a drive thru order. All I ordered was a double cheeseburger, fries, 6 pack of nuggets, and a large sweet tea. It would have been nice if they gave me a free cookie or something for the extra long wait and mixup. No napkins were in the bag, but I did receive my receipt back. I was almost late to work and didn't have time to eat my food while it was still fresh. Not a good experience. Previous experience in the lobby was much better. Noticed the absence of a second handicapped spot. The only one they had is at the north end of the building and not near the front door. When I got my order, I noticed that they no longer provided ketchup in the pump style and went to the counter to get packets. When I opened my Big Mac there was no sauce on the top so I went to the counter to ask for a side of the condiment. The employee told me it would be $.32. I told her there was no sauce and showed her my big Mac. She then said there’s sauce on the bottom. I told her I would like to have sauce on the top. She took my big Mac container and handed it back to the cook who put the big Mac sauce on the bun and put the bun back onto the sandwich. the employee I asked for sauce, took the container, closed it, knowing that there was ketchup on the top side of the container. When I opened it, the entire bun was covered in ketchup. I looked at her and I said look what you did. She said you put the ketchup there you did it. I am now Instantly frustrated and upset. I told her you did that on purpose. that is so mean. You ruined my lunch because I asked for sauce. Please give me my money back. The manager came over and asked what the problem was and I showed her the ruined sandwich. She said OK I will give you your money back. I told her it is not about the money. Read moreThe new manager has ruined this location. Now McDonalds ain't a perfect place by any means, so you tend to deal with the small things that happen. But three mistakes, three times in a row, even when I ordered through the app... technically four, cause I did curbside this time so they wouldn't make me wait in line for 20 mins for two cold double cheeseburgers. The guy comes out and brings me my bag, not even asking my name but what I ordered. I read it back to him and he hands me the bag, no medium fries... how many brain cells do you think you need to look at the printed receipt on the bag, then peak in the bag to make sure it's all there... no seriously how many do you think you need?? Like 5?? Cause he had enough to ask me what I ordered, but not enough to even peak in the bag to make sure it's all there. So "third" times the charm, I call up the manager and ask if it's okay for a replacement sandwich. Dont get me wrong he allowed it. But like after all those mistakes, I was afraid that when I went to get my replacement, somone would spit in my sandwich or something... the workers all slack, make remarks, or have a upset demeanor.
