McGraff’s American Grill in Loveland has become one of my go to spots not just for the great food, but for the top-notch service every time I walk through the door. The staff is always friendly and attentive, and the service is both fast and frequent, which I really appreciate. Cassie stands out as exceptional. She pays attention to every detail and always makes sure things are just right. Her level of care truly enhances the experience. It’s also clear the owners are hands-on and committed to making sure customers are happy. You can feel the pride they take in running a great establishment. If you’re looking for a place with consistently great food, a welcoming atmosphere, and outstanding service, McGraff’s is it.

What sucks is the food doesn't taste bad, and our waitress was so sweet but that doesn't make up for the small portions and ridiculous prices. I can go buy a bag of tortilla chips from Costco, a bag of cheese, and some beans for a total of $15 and make like 5-6 of these nachos or I can come to McGraffs and pay $17 for one. The chicken Alfredo was $21 and you get this small plate with barely any pasta, subpar bread, and chicken. There is so much better out there for the price, we will never be back. After years of coming here, Sherry would be ashamed of what you have done to her beloved restaurant. Almost $60 for a family of 5 and thats with the kids meals being $1.99 on Sundays and us drinking water. Freaking sad man.

McGraff's American Grill is by far my most favorite Restaurant/Bar I have ever been associated with. Eating and drinking here for the last 15 years, I have always been treated like family. It doesn't matter if you are the owner, bartender, server, cook, or dishwasher...they are all family and they all respect the patrons of this amazing place. We all come back for a reason, many because this is our other home where we all feel like this is our place. The food is amazing and the specials are always very very tasty. I always try and bring my out of town guests here to get a great experience with a great meal. Hats off to all the hardworking staff that makes this place the Best of Loveland!!

We walked in and got seated immediately around 2:30PM. Giving us a feeling of optimism on service. Then we waited, and waited some more. The hostess realized our server hadn't helped us yet and took our order. Once our order was finally taken it did arrive fairly quickly and we finally got to meet our server with our appetizer (Comfort Fries). The Fries were amazing. Our sides arrived timely after the appetizer arrived, we had two Caesar salads and a house salad. The house salad came with the wrong dressing and had a hair in it. The Caesar salads have diced tomatoes on them, we realize the menu does say diced tomatoes on the caesar, however, a caesar doesn't typically come with tomatoes. They fixed the salad issue having a hair in it by replacing it with alternate side. The timing for getting our entrées was also good getting our entrées shortly after we received our sides, however, our server didn't seem to be bothered with clearing the plates from our table in a timely fashion. No notice was taken in our drinks being empty, to offer us refills, we had to ask for refills when we finally were able to see our server. It then took ten minutes for us to get our refills. There is more to say on the lack of service we received, but it was likely limited to just the server we had, as we saw other groups about the same size of ours coming and going in other servers sections that arrived after us and left before us. Overall, the food was really good, the atmosphere is cool, but, the service was not great. We will likely go back again, but, would hope for a better...

I want to start by saying how much we have always loved this restaurant and have never had a bad experience up until 2 nights ago. We had family in town and went, party of 6, for dinner. Our server was friendly, but spoke so quietly it was hard to hear him. Maybe some more training could be beneficial? 2 of us ordered the "all you can eat" soup/salad/bread as our meals but not once were we offered more of anything. Actually, overall we felt like the attentiveness was lacking (forgetting things, had to flag someone down for a refill, etc.) even though the restaurant was not at all busy and there seemed to be a lot of staff. The food to a VERY long time and when it did come it just slowly trickled out. My husbands steak and sons fajita steak was way overcooked and 2 people who had mashed potato's said they were dry and crusty. We didn't ask to fix it because we were so hungry and it was getting late. I will say that they got my request of no tomato's and dressing on the side correct so I appreciated that. Maybe they were just off their game that night or maybe its because we usually go for lunch. Hopefully our future visit will be back to the better food and service we...

Visited for the first time with my wife and 3 kids, and were completely disappointed and dissatisfied. We thought it would be a good idea since we found all the positive reviews and Sunday was kids eat for $0.99. I ordered a Pulled Pork Sandwich, which tasted "off", dry, and flavorless. My wife ordered beef brisket, which also tasted "off", and was more than 50% fat. The beef brisket was so bad that when the waitress asked how everything was, my wife said the brisket was not good and showed her it was more than half pure fat. The waitress said no problem, and offered for her to order something else. A basic 1/2 lb. classic burger was the replacement, ordered "Medium". This came out dark pink throughout, what I would call medium rare, or even bordering rare. The beef and overall flavor was not good, very basic as if the ground beef was just cooked straight out of a package with nothing done to it. One of the kids ordered a kids pizza, which my wife said tasted like frozen pizza.

The quality of food and was just terrible, seemed to all be frozen food quality/taste, and I do not understand all these positive reviews. We will not...
