Wendy's — Restaurant in Loveland

I am sooooooooooooo mad right now! I never come here for my lunch break because the drive thru always looks so long. So today I had a craving for the New Hot Honey chicken sandwich on their menu, upon arriving the drive thru was packed….so long it was out to the driveway. I decided to go inside, hoping it may be quicker. I was totally wrong!! They only had 1 cashier working for the dining room and no one was even helping her get the food yet there were 6 people working on drive thru. I waited literally almost 20 minutes just to ORDER my food because the poor cashier (Abbe) was taking orders and filling them while the kid working on the fries had the nerve to criticize how she was filling the orders instead of helping her, he just stood their watching the fries cook. So now after 30 minutes of waiting in the dining room I finally get my food but have no time to eat it, so I rush back to work and tried to sneak the food at my desk since my lunchtime is over and should have already eaten….I open up my food to find that this isn’t even what I ordered let alone is it even close enough in price for me to accept this. I included a photo because this is a rip off…..I paid over $7.00 for a Hot Honey sandwich and basically got a jr bacon chicken sandwich. If this location doesn’t do something to make this right, I will never visit here again. And by the way Abbe needs a raise if she is going to be doing the...

Great food and service and well-maintained and orders prepared in a timely manner.

The store may be dated with what these stores were like back when I was a 90s kid; but as of August 2024, it still doesn't have the pub or lounge seats like newer ones do, and the building appears to be roughly around 43 or so years old: the rear of the building has what looks like one of the design prototypes from the early 80s then that's leftover from before being renovated over the years. The inside looks like it was renovated about 2008/2009. This one sits in a very busy part of Loveland with so much cross-traffic that makes it more difficult to get in and out than it was then. Maybe it's time to level it and build a new one, but reoriented about 90 degrees counter-clockwise to reduce the flow of traffic or just consider a new one about a few miles away from its current location.

Food was cold, the was a hole in the bottom of one of the cups making it were when we went for the first drink of it over half of it was out of the cup, we heard employees cussing loud enough were it could be heard at the drive thou window, also heard a male employee say "people just go home already" as if he did not want to be at work or dealing with customers, the employee on headset was very quiet and seemed in a rush when taking orders, tried to call the restaurant after discovering the hole in the bottom of the cup and got no answer. I understand that we went at 9:30 at night but the employees could have more understanding of customers having to go to work, be on lunch from work or just want to have a late dinner...
