Ziggi's Coffee — Restaurant in Loveland

I ordered pumpkin spice cold coffee on Monday at this address. It tasted awful (like medicine) and I couldn’t drink it. It was a large…I went through this drive through and asked for a substitute drink as I was afraid another duplicate pumpkin coffee would be as bad. The assistant mgr and the general mgr said they wouldn’t do this as it was store policy. I explained it wasn’t drinkable. They were unfriendly, so I went to Ziggies on Split Rock and relayed my disappointment. The mgr immediately gave me an equivalent drink in a perfect flavor along with a gift card. She said that’s just not right what the coffee shop on Eisenhower did. Today I returned to the one on Eishenhower told them what the other Ziggies did for me and they curtly told me they don’t have the same owner and would not do anything different. Both were unfriendly again and condescending. I will not return to that store ever. Customer service is needed...

On Sunday, Dec 12th: Barista did not give us our total at the speaker OR the window... Not even when we gave her the money and she gave us our change... She didn't tell us what our change was,, she just gave us our cash back.. I had to ask for my rewards card back because she didn't give it back,, she didn't ask if I wanted to us my full (after this visit) rewards card to pay for 1 of our drinks,, she just assumed I wanted to use it... I had to ask for it back before we pulled away (I like saving my full cards to give as gifts).. She didn't ask if we wanted espresso beans with our coffee's... My burrito was a complete mess and fell apart wen I took it out of the bag... We tried this location because we love ziggi's but this store was a disaster experience so we will stick with our 2 usual stores here in town...

I went in for my free coffee today. I got to the end of my coffee and I had about a tablespoon of coffee grounds at the bottom of my cup. Gross!

I just went to get a free coffee that was offered to me by the store manager of another location and they would not honor at this location. She wanted to charge me half the price and she was super rude! He accused me of lying, and then I had to play the voicemail for her from the general store manager offering me a free drink.

I realized that I called the wrong location when complaining and Jenna at the West Eisenhower location still honored her offer after I told her I called the wrong location to complain. They will forever have my business even though I have to...
