Subway — Restaurant in Lowell

If I could give 0 stars I would. Placed an order on the app, said it would be ready by 8pm, arrived at 8pm and was informed it would be a little longer (there were 2 people in line and two people working) sat inside waiting for 10 minutes, and was told they were sorry, it would be just a little bit longer, so went out to my car for another 10 minutes came back in, and the kid working just said “what kind of car are you guys in I’ll just bring it out when it’s done” I then asked, do you know about how much longer it will be, and he said “I have no clue honestly” so went back out to my car to wait for another 10 minutes.. after my order was suppose to be done.. still nothing, so went back in and was told just a little longer again. So still here at subway, after my mobile order went through twice and they told me I had the wrong location, I did not. Hopefully the 2 charges on my card get picked had my husband order it on his app, and was supposed to be ready at 8 and it is now 820pm. Was not overwhelmingly busy, and asked how much longer and the response was "I don't know". In total have been here over an hour and I see now why I don't eat subway nor will I ever return to this one. Horrible service, still waiting for our food, and if there was a 0 star option, I would give 0 stars. Worst subway experience I have ever had. Bad enough where I am taking the time out of my day to wrote a review.

Just got my order at 825...should it take over an hour for 2 sandwiches and 2 of your dippers? Worst subway ever,...

It's been a while since I have feasted at this location,and let's just say I haven't missed much. I dont know if the lady behind the counter was having a bad or not but the sandwich she made gave me feelings of remorse for stopping there, I guess it my be protocol to only put enough lettuce and other fixings to get me out of the way but I could have made a plain sandwich at home and not have spent the money there. Family friendly I would go a different route especially if the kids are hungry and impatient. There is a plus side of things was the wifi it was good and strong.
