McDonald's — Restaurant in Lower Allen

If I could , I would give this store a negative star. I went in there tonight to find out as to why my brother who is SICK wasn’t allowed to go home , while doing so I had ordered a ice coffee that I waited 10 minutes for. As a former employee with the Steward , I have the tendency to look around while there , tonight has been the most FOUL I’ve ever seen this place. It’s obvious that the manager Todd doesn’t know how to take out the trash or pick up unused (hopefully) fry boxes covered in grease off the floor , the door dash counter was covered in grease & god knows what. The lobby was a skating rink , seems like someone uses the kitchen mop out there. Oh & my iced coffee was barley full & gross. It actually baffles me that this place hasn’t been popped by the health department. Btw if you get fries from here , just know that they sat on the fryer dethawing for about 30 minutes before being cooked. While waiting for a answer as to why my brother wasn’t allowed to leave , I was speaking with another customer , the GM bill had walked in & said customer had said “this place is disgusting” & guess what lol we got ignored once again. When my brothers girlfriend called in to ask why he wasn’t allowed to leave , she got hung up on. Someone needs to report this place. This store needs better management & possibly a new owner to even get this place...

The old saying of too many cooks in the kitchen apply to the general staffing and outsourced order taker. Pulling up to the drive thru, the outsourced order taker asked me for what I wanted. Then while I was giving my order the on site staff person cut me off and told me to wait. Then when I pulled up to pay, the person was too concerned of whatever the conversation he was having with someone else. Finally picking up my food... the young ladies... all 3 of them need to do a lot less of chewing gum and trying to look like they are going to a football game and more like a team member. Their nails were gaudy and way too long to be in a food service position. And the whole purpose of wearing a hat was to keep your hair up and out of the way. Standing in the drive thru box they should learn to work as a team and put napkins in the bag....it's not social hour. I get it your choices for employees is slim pickings. This location has always been known for its parking lot drug dealing. It is a shame the no class has rubbed off on the staff because the location is convenient. ... it's Camp Hill, not a bad...

I go to CCHS right down the road and after school I walk there. Immediately when we walk through the door we get yelled at to order food or leave. I ggoothat we need to buy food okay but why yell and get rude about it for no reason. Then we sit in the back and get yelled at to move because the manager can't see us. We didn't do anything but sit down. The manager is blonde, white, rude, and rumored to be one of the owners' sons. He seems to discriminate against us for no reason. Personally, I haven't done anything or even caused any issues, so I just don't understand. He tells us to buy food all the time but then his staff screw up the order. It's not their fault 100%, but at the same time, logically thinking why would people want to order if they can't get the order right. Also, this is fully grown adult thay constantly yells at us, and even if we order food, we get kicked out, sometimes when were still eating. Do better it's not hard, and that's coming from an ex...
