Arby's — Restaurant in Lower Nazareth Township

Decided to come here for dinner tonight on 9/22/2022 since CRUMBL is right next door. It said on the sign on the door this Arbys location was open until 10 pm inside & drive thru. The door to eat inside was locked, so we tried drive through. It took a while for them to acknowledge we were there and only did when I finally said something. I ordered very clearly and the woman repeated the order back to us multiple times, confused on the order. It had to have been at least 6 or 7 times repeating the order and it was only 2 meals! The roast beef & cheddar sandwich with curly fries and water. Then we see an arbys worker come out of her car smelling of marijuana and walked through the employee entrance. It’s whatever, but you shouldn’t be high on the clock, especially when handling someone’s food. Then we get to the window to grab our food and the woman ASKS US FOR A TIP! I have never seen a drive through worker ask for tips or even have a tip jar outside of the window like that. Completely inappropriate. Our sandwiches also had the smallest dollop I’ve ever seen of cheese at an arbys. This location needs more competent employees/education and management needs to be on...

I figured I would add this review to at least let corporate know about their employees they have working for them. The “manager” of this particular location is immature. I got to the window for her to ignore me the first two times I asked her a question because she had an air bud in her ear… then she wanted to be rude and say “I heard you” … if you heard me maybe you should answer? Just a thought. She gave us a small or medium drink when I got charged for a large. When I asked her she lied and said it was a large. And said she gave me a bigger one than what I asked for . The food was thrown into the bag. I didn’t realize that until I was too far away. Honestly, I usually only do good reviews but this place was ridiculous. I plan on escalating it to the next level. I don’t even need her to be fired I just need her to have a miserable day where she needs to be nice to customers for a shift because she was that crumby I’m sure that would internally hurt her. Honestly, I’m not sure if she capable. That was all. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else if you’re looking for fast food. Tons of other options...

We were one of the only customers there but yet we received stale, and barely warm fries and nuggets. That’s not the worst part…the burger my wife got was rare in the middle and that is unacceptable from any fast food establishment especially with so many e-coli scares nowadays. There was no reason to rush our food and even put our health at risk. Not only was our food bad but this place is not clean. The bathroom was nasty, and I noticed the A sign next to the drinks had several flies in it. My expectations for a fast food place are pretty low but this place grossed me out and I’m just hoping we don’t get sick. I did bring the burger back up and asked for a replacement which the worker didn’t apologize or anything and I stood there longer than it took them to make our entire order for only one sandwich. I would give negative stars for this...
