It’s disappointing to have to write this, as I’ve been a loyal Starbucks customer for years—often visiting once or even twice a day, spending over $900 a month. Many of the team members at this location recognize me and often comment on how frequently I stop in.
Today, however, I had an unpleasant experience that I feel needs to be addressed. I ordered my usual drink—a matcha, along with other items. Immediately upon tasting it, I noticed something was off. The flavor was unusually citrusy and unlike the matcha I’ve consistently received. As someone who drinks this daily, I know how it should taste.
I politely mentioned the issue to the staff and asked if they could remake it. The response I received from one of the male employees was unnecessarily rude. He told me dismissively that they use the same blender for matcha and didn’t understand how remaking it would help. He then sighed and reluctantly began preparing a new one. As he did, another employee asked whose matcha it was. After he explained, she rolled her eyes and sighed as well—clearly annoyed, as though I was being a burden.
Throughout this interaction, I remained polite and respectful. I even asked for the original drink back so I could let my husband and family taste it—and they all agreed something was definitely wrong with it.
As a long-standing and loyal customer, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy, especially when bringing up a valid concern. This experience was unacceptable, and I left feeling disappointed and disrespected.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as it’s not reflective of the service I’m used to receiving...
Read moreI went through the location's drive through. I ordered a matcha late with oak milk and lavender cream. What I ended up with is something completely different.
I pulled up to the order window and me and the person had an entire conversation regarding my order. I initially wanted the Oatmilk Match lavender cream drink but I wanted it hot. She said they couldn't do that. Okay, fine I thought. So she said they can make a latcha late and put the lavender cream on top. I said yes please.
Does white mocha sound like a matcha late? It's not that the actual drink I received was bad, it's that what I ordered wasn't even in the same ball park of reality as what I got. Plus the real kicker is that I probably got charged more than I would have for the drink I received.
I'm just saying that a location that is right off the highway has alot of customers. I hope at least some of them get what they ordered.
If you are reading this, and enjoying my drink because they probably gave it away to someone... for free... for their mistake, I hope you enjoy it, because I can't.
Btw the coffee was bitter. Probably need to calibrate the...
Read morePlease explain to me why every time I go to this location you can never get my order right? I literally order the same thing nearly every morning during weekdays; a venti iced coffee with cream and the classic syrup sweetener. There is one employee you have that gets my order right. ONE. And when we (the customer) are spending $3.50 on a coffee there is no excuse to get it wrong like this, especially when you are repeating my order back to me confirming what I asked for! Your staff is rude and most are incompetent. I will try to find out the name of the specific individual that is the absolute rudest one I've dealt with so that I can update this post with that information. Hopefully your management team actually cares enough to read these reviews, however, judging by the lack of response to previous ones I don't think that happens. I will be escalating these concerns to your corporate office, not that I think that will help, but at least they will have documentation of your inadequacies and how horrible...
