Dunkin' — Restaurant in Lower Southampton Township

I usually never write bad reviews but this place is horrible. It is very convenient to my daughters work but I will actually go out of my way to go to another one. I’m a senior and they act like it’s a problem to give me a discount and kat the present they actually said they don’t have a button for it. It’s only 5% there were other places give me 10%. The staff is rude and I’ve had to return my coffee many many times. When I return it they act like I’m wrong and they’re right. I don’t have all day to go running around bringing coffee back. If it’s bad I’m going to take the time to bring it back. I was going to Dunkin every day but I will not go back to that one. Cappuccino tasted like old dark coffee with no flavor and no foam or milk. I reached out to manager and she gave me free coupon for the drink and states she will teach her staff how to make a cappuccino properly. I come Back in 2 weeks to get a cappuccino and try to use the coupon she gave me and the staff at the store tell me its fake. I show them the emails i exchanged and they didn't care and still made me pay. I was very annoyed and embarrassed that i needed to argue with them to receive something that was their fault initially. I rarely write reviews and usually I never have a problem with DD on this location. Staff is usually really nice and friendly. But today when I wanted to order, an older gentleman cashier said they only serve drive thru customers (really? a moment ago he served a person before me and there were people inside sitting and drinking their coffees) after seeing my frustration he agreed to take my order. But when I ordered my usual hot cappuccino, he said “they don’t make cappuccinos they only make regular coffees”. I guess he just wanted me to leave because he seemed very busy with other orders.
