1/2022 UPDATE: 1/16/2022 When I first pull into the driveway, it looked like most if not all the employees were in the dining area and not in the kitchen. I had placed a mobile order. pulled up to the drive-through and told them my name. they had the order and I pulled up. Shortly after pulling up to the window I was asked to pull around front and wait there. I asked if I could wait at the drive-through because multiple times in the past, at this very restaurant, I had been told to wait out front and after 10 minutes had to go in and ask for my meal which was not prepared. They said it will increase their "timer". No other cars were in the drive-through at that time. I pointed that out and let them know I'd like to stay there. I had three other staff ask me to pull around and I declined. During these exchanges More staff made their way into the kitchen and someone said loudly "just start cooking". Another car pulled up after this exchange and I was asked to pull around because they had a large order. I continued to decline. After a while I was handed my meal in a sealed bag and was told to enjoy my night. I opened it to check and noticed items were missing. I got the attention of someone in the window and said I only had 7 of 8 items. She said “yeah, the chalupa”. I asked why the bag was handed to me sealed without letting me know that items were missing if she knew. She said that is what they were waiting for and why it took so long… they “had to drop the chalupa shells”. I waited longer and received 2 chalupas… one of which was mangled, wrapping torn and a finger-sized crater pressed into the middle. [See pictures] I drove around the front and parked to check the accuracy. At that time, a female staff in a more formal shirt came out to ask if there was a problem. I expressed my concern that I was asked to pull around front multiple times. I let her know why I declined. I let her know that my order was missing items and I was not told about it but they were aware. She said they were looking into the communication breakdown and were looking into the problem. My nachos had a jalapeño in it (was not ordered). My soft taco was missing jalapeños and did not have the red sauce I ordered. I was missing all 6 sauces requested. The chalupas barely had any ingredients. The cheesy gordita crunch was overflowing with sauce. I frequent this restaurant. I go 1-2 a week some months. This restaurant was doing poorly prior to renovations. Afterwards, they were doing much better! I frequently post reviews on google and tellthebell. I will update my review with this occasion. I will be back and update my reviews accordingly.
10/2021:UPDATE. There has been a significant improvement!!! I am updating my review to 5 stars. Every time I have been there in the past month (at least 4 times) the food has been perfect and the service great. I have seen managers that were never present before. Food has been well made and no mistakes.
9/2021:Food put together very well consistently. Really well. Thats why I keep coming back. Customer service very inconsistent. Frequently do not give receipts (which have surveys) and ask me to pull around from drive-thru to front to make their drive-thru times look better. If I pickup inside, I am treated less priority than drive- thru and need to wait even longer. I have waited 45-60 minutes. When I ask for receipt, I am given one without information required to...
Read moreThis review is not for Taco Bell in general. Jist for this specific location. I love Taco Bell. Went into this location and one of the team members told my and daughters not to sit in the area they were headed because she was cleaning it. She even got smart and said that is why she had stool blocking off the area. This is the left side of the restaurant. The woman was actively cleaning the right the side of the restaurant. So, we had no idea where to sit because she basically shut down the sitting area in the restaurant to the left and was cleaning the right side. We ask her where we are able to sit and she ignores us. We ask her again and annoyingly states that she will be done the right side in like 10 minutes. My wife ends up standing next to me as I order. We notice that she has vanished and that the stools on the left side are gone. The left side of the restaurant is near the entrance where the ordering kiosks are. So, she did whatever she was doing and walked by us and did not say anything. To top if off, the entire restaurant was not even dirty. There was no debri or trash on any table. It looked like that had just opened. So, I finally asked on the people preparing food if we could go sit in the booth and that the other woman cleaning had removed the stools and she said yes with a puzzled look on her face. We go sit down. Shortly thereafter, my name is called up to come get my food from the counter. I think nothing of it. Then a few customers come in. As each customer comes in they are greeted politely not only by the woman cleaning but the staff from the appeared and where greeting everyone and directed everyone to the ordering kiosks politely AND BROUGHT everyone their food to them. So, not only did the entire team at this location not greet us when we came in, they stopped us from sitting down, and then did not provide the same level of service that the customers following us got. We were the first customers in this small wave of people. As I mentioned, the store looked like it had just opened. I will never go to this location again. Completely disgusting customer treatment for no reason. Do not go here if you are of a specific background and want to be...
Read moreCanceling delivery after some time it was placed. Not only me needs to reorder something different, but also the Uber eats driver was almost there to pick it up (who also got largest tip that was available) Seems like this franchise is run/managed by newly hired 16 year old part timer drive thru window employee who calls outs every other day. I guess I shouldn’t expect even getting food from such place (fast food “restaurant” where employee IQ matches the sauce packet price) and there was a fuss about $15 minimum…? I bet the most responsible & overqualified employee there is a janitor, it’s a compliment to that person. At least 50% of foot traffic at this franchise is people who stops to use the bathroom facilities, that’s the only advantage of this establishment. It’s mind boggling how they pass Taco Bell franchise requirements / inspections & they haven’t terminated the contract for current owner. Just read the reviews… I think even OSHA should make a visits there, maybe after the owner would slash our some decent fines would actually start reading Taco Bell franchise contract agreement and requirements. It’s seems like Taco Bell becoming subways who was giving franchise contract to anybody after many unfortunate disasters, even to people who had a absolutely no experience in this field & the price was so low for subway that anyone could open one up, they didn’t even took the mile radius separation from each restaurant. A suggestion to the owner: be there more often, hire one good manager and profits will triple. Your lack of passion hurts consumers and ruins their day. And to TACO BELL: get rid of these kind of owners who ruins your reputation, then later you will also be able to charge higher costs. Come on corporate bit shots, leave your office one in a while and actually visit the establishments that pays your...
