Arby's — Restaurant in Loyalsock Township

Arby's is typically known for it's awesome roast beef,but i can honestly say that the best fish sandwich i ever had from a fast food restaurant came from this particular Arby's years ago. I mentioned it to my dad that the best fast food fish sandwich i ever had came from Arby's and he said that he must try one then. Well today on 2/26/18 i mentioned how about the fish from Arby's and he said OK which there for we went and he got a crispy fish and i tried the crispy hot fish which i had the crispy years ago and loved it. The crispy hot fish is awesome and again it is the best fish sandwiches i have had from a fast food restaurant. The fish tastes awesome with a deliciously flavored coating that has a magnificent crispness that is truly enjoyable and the fish inside the coating is a wonderful freshness per se of it being as a quality of fish that is delightful to enjoy if loving fish sandwiches. The bun was truly a fresh and flavorful bun and the sandwich has a nicely crisp lettuce that is shredded and the pickles are crisp and the tartar sauce is a wonderful tartar sauce that goes awesome with the other ingredients of the fish sandwich. There was a lady named Dorothy that was the cashier that was engaging in the conversations about the fish,Arby's and such and she stated some things such as her mentioning others truly enjoy the fish sandwiches from Arby's as well after i mentioned about that the best fish i ever had from a fast food restaurant has came from that Arby's and she mentioned others have been very into getting fish from there as well. She also helped with the menu such as i asked her if the fish is on sale for the two for five and she stated it is and it is the crispy and the hot which there for i tried the hot fish this time. There were others of the team that were being polite of saying hi to me and such and it was enjoyable to be seeing the smiles and such that i mean and how i am referring about.

I loveeee Arby's but this particular one really lacks in a few areas and honestly I'd rather go out of my way...literally..and go to a different Arby's. The foods great..when its fresh. The fries are usually always cold and not crispy..which is disappointing because it's one of the only fast food chains that have curly fries! I will give them credit on their roast beef sandwich they're the perfect amount of meat for whichever size and the buns are always soft..but they ruin it again with it being cold. I'm not sure if it's because they make too much ahead of time or because both the drive thru and in store ordering is a pain in itself. You will wait forever in line inside even if theres 1 person ahead of you and the drive thru is usually busy but it's not like they're cranking out customers. It's the same exact cars in line not moving for an hour. I think the longest time I've waited there recently was almost an hour. I almost left AFTER paying because I was there so long it wasnt worth it anymore. I finally got my food and the bag wasnt at all warm..greasy on the bottom amd when I looked thru my bags to make sure it was all there considering how long it took to get it the lady at the window gave me the stink eye like I was insulting her. I was going to mention my food was ice cold but after the look she gave me I wasnt sure that would end very well. I understand frustration especially when you're backed up and customers are getting irritable. But if they hired more ppl or if the employees there were a little friendlier (and didnt mess around) I honestly think they would have...

Single handedly one of if not the worse Arby's I’ve been to. And for some reason i keep giving them other tries. Most likely because it’s the only one around. Majority of the time the wait time for the drive through is Astronomical. I’m a pretty easy going person and I absolutely hate to leave after I order but one time it was 15 mins to get to the order point and then ANOTHER 40 before I got my food even with only 2-3 cars ahead. This happens multiple times. Just today I sat for about 8 mins with 1 car ahead of me that was at the order station. No movement of vehicles. I left because as I said once I order I don’t leave and I didn’t have the time to waste today. Another time I had an order of curly fries that had sat for so long and were all the tiny bits and pieces I couldn’t eat them. Like the tail end of a bag. Only a few whole curls. I called and wound up talking to the owner just to make her aware (this time they forgot a sandwich and the fries were terrible and now sandwiches are running $3.50 on up) She had made it sound like there were issues in the past with workers not throwing out old fries and just serving them reguardless. I’m a fat guy who doesn’t like to waste any food. Multiple times of ordering food and they forget something in my order. So yea. Just wouldn’t recommend this location unless you had time to burn and REALLY wanted...
