here is what you need to know before coming to this location

customer service West hospitable and even got to strike up a conversation with the lady at the front about the history of the location how the franchise almost sold in 2020 but has kept going and is still keeping their other location in South Austin on 102nd Street and slide open and was very hospitable and friendly

I actually used to eat at this place over 12 years ago so it survived a test of time and that saying something because coming from Austin Texas to visit with family Thanksgiving and then coming to visit this location today I didn't know what to expect since the two locations in Austin closed

thankfully this one was still open and open early this morning and I got myself four cod fish grilled tacos with pickled onion crispy taco shell with that garlic sauce feta cheese and teeny bit of cilantro and it came together magnificently one of my favorites I haven't had in years

The place for very well maintained clean with lots of flat screen TVs focused on sports and a karaoke music machine that you can use to override the music playing in the building

that being said I am sorry to say what was my favorite which was the fire roasted salsa that used to be served hot they no longer serve

that being said to have a variety of other options though depending on if you're looking towards tacos or salads or other various options

For the quality of cod fish I got and I was definitely hungry I would say it was decent enough price I got four tacos for just under 20 bucks not too bad plenty of seating quiet environment

also handicap accessible plenty of parking although next door is a coffee shop where a lot of people were parking to walk across the street to so just keep that in mind depending on what time of day...

Well I was very disappointed Fuzzy's. After spending $42.78 they did not give me the 2 bags of chips I ordered for my queso, which was cold. I had ordered the nachos and to my surprise there was no cheese! And to top it all off...I found a metal bread tie in my nachos which I chewed on and was overly disgusted! Come on!🤮😭😡

Update: After reading my review the GM contacted me and wanted to make right. The only thing I didn't like about our conversation is when I told him about the metal bread tie..he said he didn't have anything there like that which made me think that maybe it wasn't a bread tie but it was something in there that didn't belong there..that I am sure of. Anyway when he asked me what I would like I told him a refund, however, he didn't issue the refund because he "gotten paid for it yet", meaning, I'm guess by door dash" and instead told me to contact door dash myself and fight with them about the refund because it wasn't going to be easy. Then he offered to remake my meal and deliver it to me himself, which he did. The food was absolutely delicious and I enjoyed it very much, but I still feel like because it was such a bad experience the first time and because he asked what I wanted and told him, he should have given me the refund. Now if anyone knows about how they "get paid" when it comes to door dash please let me know..because I feel like he was dishonest about that part just so he wouldn't have to issue the refund. If so, I'm taking...

I use to frequent this location often as I worked down town. Since leaving my job, It’s been about a year since I’ve last been here. The parking lot was pretty much empty at 10:00pm on Friday. That shocked me as I’ve never seen this location not busy. I quickly understood why. I ordered ahead on the app, waited 15 more minutes after the initial 11minutes per the apps time to be ready, for 3 tacos, beans and chips and queso.

Have never seen the manager that was currently on duty before but all the employees seemed absolutely miserable. Not from being busy because the place was dead & more quiet than I’ve ever heard.

Finally received my to go order. Starving, I opened up the chips & queso before leaving the parking lot. The queso cup is smaller than it used to be & it was legitimately cold. So I thought I’d open a taco just to see. Taco was ordered with soft corn, it came with flour. The taco itself was also cold. Not sure as to why since I waited so long to receive it, I figured it was all being made fresh.

Last time I’ll probably come to this location. Sad to see how down hill it is. I love Fuzzy’s & the atmosphere…usually! But this was...

I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to take a moment to shout out Richard, the manager at Fuzzy’s! From the moment we walked in, he went above and beyond to make our experience amazing. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customers and the vibe of the whole place. He checked in on us personally, made sure everything was just right, and had the kind of energy that made everyone around him smile. It’s rare to see someone manage a place with such passion, professionalism, and friendliness all rolled into one. The food was awesome (as always), but Richard’s leadership and customer service really took the whole experience to the next level. You can tell the team respects him, and that positivity shows in everything they do. Huge kudos to Richard—Fuzzy’s is lucky to have him! Highly recommend this spot—and if Richard’s there, you’re in for a great time.

This was our first experience at Fuzzy's Taco Shop. We were greeted by Angela as we made our way to the counter. Angela was not only friendly, professional, but went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and offer suggestions from the menu. The shredded brisket quesadillas were fantastic. The seasoning was the appropriate amount giving a flavor pop. Moreover, the two taco plate gives the customer a choice of type of taco and sides so you can taste a variety from the menu. The ingredients were fresh. The wait time for our order was quick, and the price was very good for the amount of food we received. I highly recommend and will return next time we are in town!
