Would like to speak with the owner today around 2 pm. Had a very unprofessional experience with a tattooer for over 2 weeks (which I will not name for now as long as I get help). My spouse was given specific instructions on what he should expect the day before and day of. Yet none of this happened. We have yet to see the drawing. We do not get replies back. Even for a reschedule we never got a reply. So now we’re out of our deposit even though he said he would give it back yet we still don’t have it. My spouse followed every rule & waited an extra 1 & a half Hours after his appointment was supposed to happened but no refund is given for the tattooer not doing his part...

I came in the other day and got my first tattoo by Orlando and was highly disappointed. The 8’s are not symmetrical whatsoever and I feel like he rushed through the entire thing. He didn’t even make my sister and I sign a waiver or anything, overall just felt unprofessional and hope going forward he will put more time and effort into something that’s permanently going on...

I came here yesterday and it was hands down 100% one of the warmest tattoo shops I've been in! It has a wonderful atmosphere, so warm and cozy, and the person who pierced me took good care of me!

Just about pain free and was more than happy to answer any questions I had and gave me the proper info to take care of my new piercing! I'd love to come here again!...
