This food really sucks. The crawfish and shrimp were completely overcooked and were cooked with cayenne pepper, not with actual Cajun seasoning. The service was great with our waitress, but overall the food absolutely sucked. The waitress tried to convince the owner to give us some sort of discount because my husband and son barely ate any of their crawfish order. They refused to give any sort of refund. I wouldn’t recommend eating here. I would find real Cajun seafood somewhere else. The total for this was $112.07. Overpriced pay for some overcooked food. It made me choose a star. Zero Stars.

The comment the business owner made is funny. When the waitress went back to talk to the owner for a refund we never asked for, the owner never even came out to talk to us. They didn’t even try to make a conversation to talk with us. They just sent the waitress back out to tell us they said no. I doubt they’ll try to make anything right if I were to even call them. I wouldn’t waste...

The service was great! Our server was Selina and she went about and beyond! The food was mid at best. We ordered the catfish basket with sweet potato fries. We only ate the fish because the menu said that they do not give refunds. The fish didn’t taste like catfish. I don’t think that it was catfish but what can I do? We didn’t eat the sweet potato fries. That was a waste of money. For an appetizer we ordered onion rings that were not seasoned and cooked in old grease. They were not good but what could I do since they don’t give refunds. I didn’t eat all of them. I ate what I could. What a waste of money! We checked the ratings before we got here and it was 4.8. Seems like everyone who likes this place orders the seafood boil. I’m allergic to shellfish so I can’t order that. So if you come here don’t order anything other than the seafood boil. Or you you could just not come here. I know that I won’t be coming back. What a waste...

Absolute worst dining experience I've ever had. Of the 5 people in my group, my nephew received his boil right away, followed by an apetizer. After a half hour of reminding our waiter to check on the 4 remaining dishes, he came back with 3 of those 4. My older nephew was out of time, and had to return to work. Since his order still hadn't been brought out, he asked to have his meal boxed up to go. The server handed him an empty box, and later explained that he failed to turn in his order. In our party, one person ate well, 3 were hugely disappointed, and the 5th waited over an hour only to find out his order was never turned in, and he returned to work hungry. On top of that, my brother-in-law requested a slice of lime for his tea, and the waiter served it to him with his bare hand. After all of that, and bringing it to the manager's attention, no one ever apologized for the...

My fiancé and I ate here wanting something other than beef or chicken. We were recommended this place by some friends who said it had some delicious food. We started with the fried calamari as an appetizer and then ate Seafood noodles and Jalapeño Shrimp for our main course. The food was cooked really well and our friends were right; the food was in fact delicious. The food wasn’t over seasoned and provided much flavor. The portion size was also bigger than average so if you’re looking at potentially taking some leftovers home, don’t be surprised. Overall inside the restaurant had a nice calming feel with the lighting and blocking out the sun to give a sense of a more home feeling. If you’re in Lubbock ever wanting some seafood different than other sort of mainstream dishes provided by other restaurants, I would recommend this place.
