Tea2Go — Restaurant in Lubbock

So disappointed! I was so excited when this place opened in my neighborhood and have meant to try it for a while. Today was the day. I went in with my 6 year old son and the girl working the counter was very rude. After a while of us standing in the place she finally asked what she could get for us. I told her it was our first time here and really didn't know how it worked or what to get. I spotted the tea options and asked, "so do I just get one of these?" And the reply was if I just wanted tea then yes. I told her that I heard there were different flavors and wondered about those. To which, with a total sigh on her face, pointed to the sign at the end of the counter with the different flavors. My son and I spent some time looking at the overwhelming amount of flavors and she really couldn't be bothered with questions or suggestions. My son asked if the Gummy Worms actually had gummy worms in there and she just shook her head no. We were in a pretty awkward silence at that point when thankfully the drive through attendant had a question for the lady that was "helping" us. I really felt like we were just taking up her time. So we used that opportunity to leave the store having not bought anything. I would recommend finding somewhere else to buy drinks like this. A place that the employees know when new customers walk in that they need friendly suggestions or even a simple "glad you came in!" type of service would be optimal. Sorry I...

Was not happy with this location. Arrived for happy hour 5 til 4pm and got in line. It was about 3 cars deep and then me. By the time I got to the intercom it literally had just turned 4. It was a couple of moments And then somebody came on to take my order. I asked if I was still able to get happy hour. I'm guessing she asked somebody cuz.It took her a couple of moments and when she came back said no it was over. Unfortunately, I couldn't leave because there's no way to get out once you're in line. And there was somebody else who was behind me waiting. When I got to the front to pay.She was really nice, but when I got my drink, it wasn't All the way full and the lid wasn't on right. Almost popped off.

I absolutely love the location on Milwaukee. And I've never had any issues there. I only went to the 50th location because I was in the area.

the 50th location of tea2go is ALWAYS a place i want to go, not just because of there super yummy drinks but also because of the service! i understand working in customer service is hard but these people do it so well! i love the workers at tea2go on 50th! and not to mention how clean it is! it always smells so good and looks so tidy and clean! and i love when i go in and there’s music or a show playing, it just makes it feel comfortable and not awkward to the customer! and we have a little something to do while we wait for our drinks! thank you to all the tea2go employees who are so great to their customers! i...
