My family and a couple friends ate here around 6pm on 9/21/2019. We sat down, ordered, and they brought the appetizer. When they brought the entrees, they only brought half. So, those who had food waited for the rest to come out of respect for the rest of our party. It was over 15 minutes when the rest of the food came. So, now half our party was eating cold food. My order was incomplete, they forgot my fries. They finally brought them literally at the end of dinner. I'm not kidding! We had finished our meal and then they brought the rest of my food!
The wings were terrible. I always get the dry rub and I really enjoy it. These had almost no rub at all on them and you could tell they were just thrown together with no care whatsoever. My daughter didn't even eat her wings they were so bad. There was zero explanation or apology from the waitress. I walked around and asked to speak to a manager. They presented someone who didn't seem like a manager and I told him the situation. He offered no apology and just abruptly said he would check on it for me.
They did heavily discount my ticket at the end, again, with no explanation or even acknowledgement of the situation. I only knew they discounted it because the bill was so low that I reviewed the itemized receipt. I literally couldn't care less about a discount. That meant nothing to me. The customer service at this location was one of the worst experiences I have ever encountered in my entire life! I will never go back. And I will tell everyone I know to never eat there.

Upon returning home, I discovered a missing fry basket from my order and was dismayed by the scant portions of the ones I did receive, despite their over $4 price tag. Attempting to address this with the establishment, I was met with a dismissive attitude; the manager was "too busy" to even take my call.
Compelled by the principle of the matter, I made the 15-minute journey back to Buffalo Wild Wings, only to be greeted by further indifference. After waiting for 5 minutes in the hope of some acknowledgment, the manager finally appeared. My concerns and the photographic evidence I provided were brushed off with a nonchalant claim that the meager portions were standard.
In a last-ditch effort for fairness, I ordered an additional basket on the spot, documenting its contents to preempt any accusations of dishonesty. Yet, this action too failed to elicit any meaningful response or acknowledgment of their subpar service.
This experience, which I've shared in a review on their website, paints a clear picture of Buffalo Wild Wings' disregard for customer feedback and a lack of interest in delivering value or satisfaction. It's a disappointing revelation that has firmly dissuaded me from future visits and compels me to advise others to steer clear, lest they too experience this dismissive treatment. Buffalo Wild Wings, it seems, is content to remain detached from the expectations and opinions of its patrons.

We walked in with our cups as usual no one says anything ever. On this night we took our seat in a booth and decided to go to the restroom. There was a young lady in the bathroom that appeared to be in a damper mood. I told her everything will be ok and gave her a compliment . We talked i introduce her to my girlfriend next I know the conversation took a turn for the worst. The young lady said she was gonna have us put out. It didn’t bother us because we didn’t do anything wrong. Then a manager came to the bathroom door asking my girlfriend what happened and if I hit the young lady and my girlfriend was like no she didn’t she’s lying. Next thing I know as I’m coming out the restroom a man walks up to me aggressively saying I need to leave . I said why I didn’t do anything. The manager was In my face pointing his finger while the woman manager was on the phone calling the police . I was like what Did i do I didn’t do anything. They believed this white young lady even when I had a witness. I’m at the front restaurant is pack and I have 3 White people racially profiling me and my spouse . We are Gay black lesbian women . I was totally embarrassed. My girlfriend went back in after I left because this her favorite restaurant and tried to explain the girl was lying and they were rude to her. Kept telling her they don’t allow that behavior her. What behavior ?? We did nothing. And they let the white girl stay the whole time...
