We ordered a 15 pc garlic parmesan wings curbside .I get their and they notify me that its ready at 8.01 so at 8.06 I call and they immediately put me on hold.5 minutes on hold I go inside and they say how can I help you.i say how much longer on my order and they ask what name .I tell them and they proceed to get it from their hot place .so I ask him how long has that been their and he says only 10 minutes.so I tell him well I been waiting that long in my car outside waiting for yall to bring it since it was a curbside order and they answer back no curbside don't mean that.at that moment i was flabbergasted.curbside chic fil a and pelican point and anywhere else they bring you the order.now either that worker was being a smart mouth or just clueless.by the way they was standing their twiddling their thumbs.they even asked for the make and model of the car.whats the point if your not gonna bring...
Read moreI ordered delivery through the app, and was told it would take 30 minutes to get to me. After an hour had passed I called the store and the “Manager” answered the phone. I explained what was going on and he said they were backed up. (Which is fine but it would have been nice to get a heads up). He said it would be here in another 30 minutes. Another hour passes by so i call back and the manager was super rude!! Every time I spoke he just stayed quiet and would not help me what-so-ever. Needless to say. I never received my pizza. I eventually got a refund for my order, and was told “I can give you a free pizza next time but that’s all I can do” I’m a rude tone may i add. Tried to place my order online, the way I've always ordered, and the offers from just this morning apparently had been removed. So I tried using the 1 and only coupon their website offers. Only to have it throw a constant error. It will not recognize a lg specialty pizza, so the coupon for $4 off is useless. I called the store, asking if there was an issue with the website, I was told no but all the offers that I just received an email about earlier today had been removed per the owner. They had no problems making the pizzas I wanted but just not at the offered rate I received earlier today. I couldn't even get the offer over the phone.
