Panera Bread — Restaurant in Lynnfield

I ordered the Baja bowl on Saturday November 18 between 2-3 pm and was served a bowl with completely rotten avocado on top and old bread. I returned the avocado and asked for more chicken. The server showed me the other Rotten avocados and I said to throw them out. She then took my bowl behind the counter so I couldn’t see and after minutes presented me with new fresh avocado on my bowl. Why didn’t I get them the first time after ordering a $15 bowl? After eating the bowl at 2 ish and hours later at around 8 pm that night I got food poisoning from Panera bread. I was sick Saturday Sunday and still today, Monday and cannot go out or to workout because I need to be close to the bathroom. I did go into Panera at around 11 am today Monday November 20 th to speakto the manager about their food service person putting something in my food. The manager was not busy at all but decided to ignore me and prepared food While the three food prep employees watched her. She didn't care about me and she didn’t want to speak to me to find out what was wrong. However, the women that poisoned me knew why I was there and she stared me down in the eyes the whole time while I waited. She knew exactly what my issue was. Please Stay away from Panera Bread at market street because you could be next to get food poisoned on purpose because you returned rotten avocados. I am writing this so nobody else is served by the same food handler that I got...

June 28th Wow got a bravo club and it was horrible !What kind of place used the very top of the tomato on a sandwich? Greens were too bitter because they were put in top of the sandwich poorly, sloppy. Please take better if making sandwiches!! For Panera this is ridiculous. I could only eat the meat and cheese if the sandwich because everything all together left a very bad taste in my mouth. usually love their sandwiches. My dad just brought home a grilled cheese sandwich that wasn't grilled at all. The bread was soft and white, but the cheese was melted. I just grilled my own grilled cheese sandwich. Pathetic. Did you think we wouldn't notice? Are you really this lazy? I know this isn't up to Panera standards! The last two weeks I have eaten the avocado BLT and it was delicious. Lol. I placed my drink order in the parking lot from the app at 9:15. My order was marked as complete at 9:19. I watched the woman immediately walk to the doors and locked them. (They close at 9:30) I had to knock on the window for someone to let me in.....

I asked about my order and they looked at me like I was speaking gaelic. I had to repeat myself a few times & then she started making my drink.... so they literally never bothered with my order. They marked it completed & locked the doors early. I asked why they marked my order completed & immediately locked the doors & no one responded

An apology or even friendly greeting might've gone a long way but nobody said 2 words to me.
