Edited to add the following Received a message from the store email accusing me of swearing at the PIC and shorting my last order by $5 as I paid in quarters. How they will no longer do business with me. How can I short pay online orders? I don't go into the store.
I love Jimmy John's and have ordered online from this store 5 or so times in the last 3 months and have never had a problem. It is usually the same delivery person, too. Tonight, I placed an order at 6 pm. At 6:40, I noticed that it went from "out for delivery" to my order summary. I call, figure they were busy but wanted to check. The guy said the driver was still out delivering and would check back with me when he returned. 7:15 I call again. He apologized for not calling and said it was delivered, the driver rang the bell and left it. I told him my recliner sits next to my big window at my front door. No one came by, and I had obviously been keeping an eye out.
I asked when he could have it redelivered, and he said all he can do is offer a refund. Of course, I am upset and said, "Why? You don't close until 9, and I want the food I waited over an hour and a half for!" By no means did I yell. It was a more surprised reaction. He then said "well now I won't do it because you are screaming at me. Order from somewhere else" and hung up. I called back, and he would just pick up and hang up the phone. I am 100% shocked. This owner needs to be aware of how customers are being treated by this gentleman. I was in no way upset the first time I called, and I did not, at any point, scream at anyone. Unfortunately, bad experiences are shared more often than good ones. After I speak with the owner or corporate, I will update this review. Sadly, I won't be able to order from there again as who knows what he would do or if I would get my food.

Read moreMy fiance and I stopped by because I REALLY REALLY wanted a sandwich on their wheat bread. We arrived at 6:50 pm today (10/05/22) and a young lady with brown hair that was in a pony tail was soooooooo rude. First she watched us walk from the car into the store and didn't say a word at all!!! As we approached the register she looked at us both then she looked away. Still hads't said anything this far. So we greeted her first, she looked at us again and didn't say a word!!!! Another person walked in behind us and she looked away and immediately greeted the gentleman when he picked up his order she v was extremely pleasant. . We watched him leave and she turns around and starts looking at us again. Another worker was there and looked at the one at the register and she looked at her. The lady turned around and looked at us again. Please note... This lady has not said a word to either of us since we walked in!!! The other worker didn't say anything as well!! So we left!!!! They didn't even say good night. I refuse to spend my money at a place that accepts this kind of behavior. We didn't feel welcome at all! So now, we are headed to...

I used to be an assistant manager at a restaurant, I understand it's busy but if there is a change or your out of something call. I had a surgey 4 days ago and can't drive too well.
I ordered through uber and under bread it advertises the sub with either French, wheat or an unwhich. When we got our food it was a wheat sandwich and not sub. No where is this specified on the app. And i had to call the store to find out.
I hate sounding like a brat but I didn't get offered a remmake or a refund just "Oh we don't have the wheat sub anymore."
I was unable to leave a review on uber as I may suggest there should be a tab for sandwhichs and not subs. Or wheat sliced bread. At least...
