TL;DR: Sparta's Pizza & Pasta House offers delicious and flavorful pizza with quality toppings that remain tasty even when reheated. A step above standard chain offerings and a solid choice for pizza lovers.
Full Review: Sparta's Pizza & Pasta House delivers on the promise of good pizza, plain and simple. Our party opted for what amounted to a supreme pizza, adorned with a hearty mix of meat and vegetable toppings. From the first bite, it was clear that this pizza was a cut above the standard chain fare, and delightfully different from your average New York slice.
The toppings were fresh and generous, providing a balanced and satisfying flavor profile. The crust had a pleasing texture, neither too thick nor too thin, offering a perfect base for the rich and savory toppings. One of the true tests of pizza quality is how well it holds up over time, and Sparta's passed with flying colors. Even when we couldn't finish our pie in one sitting and returned to it later, the pizza retained its flavor and appeal. Unlike some pizzas that lose their luster quickly and become inedible once cooled down, Sparta's pizza remained delicious.
The quality of the pies at Sparta's Pizza & Pasta House is evident. They take care to ensure that each element, from the crust to the toppings, contributes to a memorable pizza experience. Whether you're enjoying it fresh out of the oven or reheating leftovers, the taste remains consistently good.
Sparta's Pizza & Pasta House offers a commendable pizza experience that stands out in a crowded market. With fresh toppings, a well-balanced crust, and the ability to maintain its flavor even after cooling down, it's a reliable choice for pizza enthusiasts. If you're looking for a quality pie that's a step above the usual chain offerings, Sparta's is definitely worth a visit.

The service is alright but I always get it to-go.
Update 2/2021 : I have still been ordering from here during the pandemic every so often despite their listing that they offer curbside and then not actually offering curbside and having to go in to an often-crowded pay space.
I ordered from there tonight and anxiously went inside only to see that despite them being labeled near useless over 6 months ago (before new variants of COVID came to Snohomish county), one of them was wearing a neck gaiter. I tried to quietly mention that it was scary for me to see that to the man who was clearly in charge and he just shrugged and was like "ok". Fair enough, not everybody is worried about keeping their staff and customers alive and well.
I took the pizza home to find that there was a little black straight hair in one of the pieces. I have long, curly hair but still tried to convince myself it was mine and tried to take it off... but I had to pull because it was baked in. Then I saw a second one. Also baked in. I've included images, but I didn't realize the first one was baked in until I pulled at it and it's hard to tell this one is too.
Called and was offered an exact refund in credit, but then called back and asked for cash because now I don't like this place. The owner had the manager call me back and tell me I had to bring the full pizza back to get cash. I have been ordering there for well over a decade, which they have record of every time I call, but this man is so pressed over $30 dollars (nothing for the inconvenience) that he wants me to store this pizza with who knows how much hair in it in my fridge to bring to him to prove I'm not trying to fleece him... for $30.
Also, I ordered spaghetti via delivery a few weeks ago. It was not good. I...
Read moreFrustrated experience. Love the pizza. Always good. People have always been nice. The reason for the two stars is I ordered Pizza and Salad over phone and was told 20 to 25 min. It takes me about 25 min to get to this location from my home. When I got there I added a pint of their homemade Blue Cheese dressing to my order. Kicked in a nominal tip to show some appreciation (Hey it has been a tough year financially for everyone) and paid my bill.
WELL!!!! Sitting in the waiting area for another 25 minutes I grew inpatient and asked where my order was. There seemed to be some confusion with hostesses asking the cooks where my order was and the cooks saying they made my pizza. So the cooks casually shrugged and said well we will just have to make another one. So 50 min and no pizza with the prospect of waiting another 20 min.
Had they been slammed with customers an excuse could have been made but it was pretty sparse in the seating area and only two other people came in after me and got their orders.
In the grand scheme of things I suppose an additional 20 min wait wouldn't have been the end of the world BUT I was hangry and just wanted my money back. The manager apologized and cancelled my order. On my way out he asked if I wanted my salad. No I said. In my head I didn't want just a salad. That is what food eats. I wanted my delicious pepperoni, sausage, black olive, mushroom and onion pizza with extra cheese.
I regret (and yet am thankful) there aren't more salacious comments like the food is horrible and the staff awful but that is not the case. Go get a pizza I say. BUT keep on top of your order if your time is...
