Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Lyon Charter Township

Ordered pizza for delivery and was told 7:45 delivery time. We arrived at our place at 7:20 and waited…and waited. Finally we called and were told the driver had already came and knocked on the door. Odd but okay our bad we weren’t here 30 minutes prior to delivery time. They then told us they could come back in 20-25 minutes. After 50 minutes we called and were sent to voicemail. If you didn’t want to come back after driving here (understandable) …but to ignore our calls and leave us here waiting after TELLING us you were coming is completely unacceptable and embarrassing for your company. I would of understood not sending your employee back out here after one time respectfully, but do not say you are coming back just to not show. We’ve used this place multiple times and tip in cash very well, but unfortunately after this instance will not be ordering from this location again. If you’re looking for pizza….Don’t worry Cottage Inn is close by and delivers...

I ordered my small pizza 4 corner with green pepper onion itialian sausage and pepperoni order from a girl that was either on pills or drunk or both. She repeatedly it back 6 times and still couldn't get the order correct. I went to the store to pick the order up and asked the manager to confirm my order. He reads back green pepper pepperoni and pinapple with mayo on top. I explained to the manager the situation and he The apologized and said he would remake the pizza at no charge. As we sat and waited for the pizza to be remade we witnessed that same manager smoking his vape and a little blonde girl obviously impaired being spun around by another co worker while the manager watched. She was spun around so many times her boots fell off. The manager picked her boots up walked to the back and without washing his hands took a pizza out and was boxing it. After witnessing this for 5 minutes we decided to go down the street to purchase...

I’ve ordered from here several times and am always disappointed. They load so much sauce on their pizzas, you should probably throw down a piece of plastic before you start eating cause it’s going to be a sloppy one. They constantly undercook the pizzas and bread sticks, always forget the sauces, and god forbid if you make even the smallest custom order, like saying... “can I get minus tomatoes on that too please?” They’re going to make sure they put two fist fulls on for you, even thou when you were done ordering they made sure to read the entire order back to you, just to let you know that their on top of things. But in reality their not, but they will make sure they screw up your entire order for you, which is the only persistent thing...
