My visit was October 5th . Not the best experience I’ve ever had . Waited for around 5 minutes to be greeted. Placed a order that took some time but not express service that I expected. As I was waiting for a dish I selected I noticed other patrons waiting & over heard they also have been waiting for around 15 minutes. When I finally got my order a side order that was purchased was given in the bag and placed on the counter and then it feel out of the bag . Witnesses seen the accident and I ask the counter person about the placement of the dish . They did respond but with confusion and said well the price would be ! And the wait would be around additional 15 minutes ! Well I pick up the spill and handed over the box and never looked back . Very disappointed even further because when I finally made it home it didn’t even contain what I originally ordered. The next day I called just to mention my experience and no one cared to answer my requests for a manager. Sorry I understand it can be a hard task to run a business in the fast food industry but if you can’t grt it together then drop the express and just name it panda. I would never expect it to be a express dining experience. At the end I lost $11.00 and some dishes that I would have...

The “store manager “ at this location is disgustingly rude! Her public relation skills are deplorable! Idk if she’s over worked but it shows in her customer service! They don’t even greet their customers. I was the 2nd person in line and the 1st customer must have stood there for 6 plus minutes before they even took his order. It appears their priority is the drive-thru! The customer in front of me had a super large order and instead of them bringing someone to take orders for the other customers(bc obviously it’s going to take a while for this large order) we was stuck there, waiting for them to prepare his food, pack his food, bag it, ring him up, collect his money and then wait for them to come back down and start your order! How ridiculous is that! They’ll have you standing in line and want say one single word to you! Not even “I’ll be right with you Sir/Ma’am, I mean nothing! Four gentlemen entered the store with no-mask, the store manager made it a point of duty to yell across the store “you need to have on a mask” But don’t make it a duty to greet her customers! Please someone give the store-manager a paid vacation! She...

Frankly, the staff is friendly and quite the team! I visit this location every so often and I have nothing bad to say at all! I just left the store and I was appalled to see a customer's rude actions toward these employees! An employee was cleaning windows and greeted me as soon as I walked in. Tyler, who seemed a little newer and shy, greeted me right away at the counter even though he was helping someone else. He was polite and didn't slop the food around which was appreciated! As soon as he was getting backed up because there was a big complicated order, Miranda(?), stepped in to help. When she had to correct him on something, she was polite and empathetic. When more customers came in because this rude "gentleman" was giving Tyler(?) a hard time, some of the other girls were right on top of it to offer a helping hand. The food service industry is a hard business but they acted like a real team. The "gentleman" stormed off right before Miranda (?) could ring up his order (which was already boxed up and ready to go) and I couldn't help but leave good reviews for the kind of calm and helpful team...

I really didn't want to post this but my email to their corporate office(Through the app) was never responded to. I'm attaching a photo of a foreign item in my chow mein. I took a bite of it and this is what I bit into. I was on my way to work when I got my order (around 8ish). I wasn't able to eat my food right away at work. By the time I was able, the store was closed. So I emailed my issue to their app customer service. This was Thursday night(1/18) and I still haven't gotten a response from them. BEWARE OF THE CHOW MEIN!!! Oh and a lot of the chicken was hard!!!*****************UPDATE ************** I STILL HAVEN'T HEARD FROM ANY MANAGEMENT FROM THE STORE ITSELF OR ANYONE FROM THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE. I GUESS THEY DON'T CARE SERVING THAT THEY'RE SERVING FOREIGN OBJECTS IN THEIR CHOW MEIN!!!! SMH. I DRIVE FOR THE RAILROAD AND TAKE RAILROADERS TO PLACES TO EAT ALL THE TIME. I'M DEFINITELY STEERING THEM AWAY FROM THIS PANDA EXPRESS!!!!!!!!

I just ordered a half Chow-Mein and half Brown rice in a bowl with 2 spring rolls. Then, I went to the windows. I stayed for at least 4 minutes with no one at the windows. They were cleaning and one guy started dancing. I understand that it was time to close the store but they took my order and left me waiting. There was no customer in the store and no one in the drive thru except me. I had to knock on the windows before someone started looking at me but still no one was opening the windows. Then it took one more minute before someone opens the windows. I asked her why no one was helping. She answered that they were closing the store. Not really you took my order 5 minutes ago, so you are not completely closed. Then, I finally got my order and paid it. However, there was no Chow-Mein in the bowl just brown rice and the 2 spring rolls. I never wrote that type of review but the customer service was terrible tonight at that store.

It appears that they downsize the sized of the to go container. I ordered two entrees, and seen that the container was smaller then my last visit. I ordered orange chicken and teriyaki chicken. The server did not offer me any extra teriyaki sauce and the portions were bashful to see the least. I ordered a bottle of Coke and even that was lukewarm. What has happened to their customer service being bashful on the portions and serving warm drinks like it’s no big deal with no ice option. They need a little bit more attention to detail when serving their customers. When I go to look at the receipt the ink is almost unreadable on the receipt so I can not take the survey. What is happened to that store?

It appears that they downsize the sized of the to go container. I ordered two entrees, and seen that the container was smaller then my last visit. I ordered orange chicken and teriyaki chicken. The server did not offer me any extra teriyaki sauce and the portions were bashful to see the least. I ordered a bottle of Coke and even that was lukewarm. What has happened to their customer service being bashful on the portions and serving warm drinks like it’s no big deal with no ice option.
