My visit was October 5th . Not the best experience I’ve ever had . Waited for around 5 minutes to be greeted. Placed a order that took some time but not express service that I expected. As I was waiting for a dish I selected I noticed other patrons waiting & over heard they also have been waiting for around 15 minutes. When I finally got my order a side order that was purchased was given in the bag and placed on the counter and then it feel out of the bag . Witnesses seen the accident and I ask the counter person about the placement of the dish . They did respond but with confusion and said well the price would be ! And the wait would be around additional 15 minutes ! Well I pick up the spill and handed over the box and never looked back . Very disappointed even further because when I finally made it home it didn’t even contain what I originally ordered. The next day I called just to mention my experience and no one cared to answer my requests for a manager. Sorry I understand it can be a hard task to run a business in the fast food industry but if you can’t grt it together then drop the express and just name it panda. Read moreThe “store manager “ at this location is disgustingly rude! Her public relation skills are deplorable! Idk if she’s over worked but it shows in her customer service! They don’t even greet their customers. I was the 2nd person in line and the 1st customer must have stood there for 6 plus minutes before they even took his order. It appears their priority is the drive-thru! The customer in front of me had a super large order and instead of them bringing someone to take orders for the other customers(bc obviously it’s going to take a while for this large order) we was stuck there, waiting for them to prepare his food, pack his food, bag it, ring him up, collect his money and then wait for them to come back down and start your order! How ridiculous is that! They’ll have you standing in line and want say one single word to you! Not even “I’ll be right with you Sir/Ma’am, I mean nothing! Read moreFrankly, the staff is friendly and quite the team! I visit this location every so often and I have nothing bad to say at all! I just left the store and I was appalled to see a customer's rude actions toward these employees! An employee was cleaning windows and greeted me as soon as I walked in. Tyler, who seemed a little newer and shy, greeted me right away at the counter even though he was helping someone else. He was polite and didn't slop the food around which was appreciated! As soon as he was getting backed up because there was a big complicated order, Miranda(?), stepped in to help. When she had to correct him on something, she was polite and empathetic. When more customers came in because this rude "gentleman" was giving Tyler(?) a hard time, some of the other girls were right on top of it to offer a helping hand. The food service industry is a hard business but they acted like a real team. The "gentleman" stormed off right before Miranda (?) could ring up his order (which was already boxed up and ready to go) and I couldn't help but leave good reviews for the kind of calm and helpful team...
