Definitely not an Irish pub. I should have known when they didn't have Smithwick's on tap to just leave but we'd been wanting to try this pub since we first saw it. The menu is from the bar next door and they have a few Irish meals listed on the napkin holder. I ordered "Irish Stew Over Biscuits". What I got was three biscuits with a small ladle of canned stew (think Dinty Moore") over them. It was not an $18 meal which is what they charged. I told the waiter how disappointed I was but he mostly ignored my comment. My wife ordered a Reuben with extra sauerkraut. The sandwich came with no sauerkraut at all. We complained about the missing sauerkraut and finally a small cup of kraut was brought out. She was nearly done by the time it arrived. I'm pretty sure he realized his tip was going to suck because he never came back. We each had a beer and a meal and we split a shot of Jameson. The total was a bit over $67. Way too much for what we received.

There is nothing Irish about this restaurant. This is attached to the Dixie Saloon. The menu is from the dixie saloon. The service was very subpar. The food took longer than necessary. The food was fine and nothing special. The food is very overpriced. The part that kills and why i wont be back is due to the "administrative sustainability fee" on the bill. I asked the waiter what that is. He said this is something the restaurant charges to be able to stay open in the off-season. I asked if i really had to pay that.( No i'm not cheap i just wanted to see.) The waiter said there is no way to remove it. Give me a break. That is a garbage charge. Sorry but that is the price of doing business. This is also a percentage not a standard fee. There is also no doubt, this is annoying to the customer and cuts in the tip for the waitstaff.

Quieter bar side of Dixie Saloon. At first we thought it was a different store but apparently theyre connected at the back and serve the same food. The dixie saloon is always full/crowded so its nice to go here bec there are less people. We were able to sit immediately. Food is good. I liked their signature mac n cheese in nachos. Very creamy cheese. The chicken were tasty and freshly cooked. I tried the blueberry ale which is light beer with fresh blueberries. It feels like a popping boba that cancels out the slight bitterness of the beer. Interesting but nothing too fancy. Expect to spend around 30$-40$ per person if ur getting one meal and a drink since a order of the mains is already around 25-28$ and beers around 7-9$ + ur tax and tips

Went in last night with my husband for our wedding anniversary after checking menus online and deciding we both wanted the Steak & Guinness pie (From the menu: "10oz of seared & slowly braised beef tips with roasted onions in a hearty beef & Guinness gravy wrapped in a flaky pie crust. An Irish favorite."). I ordered mine with mashed potatoes and he ordered fries. Both plates came with mashed potatoes that were disgusting. They tasted like nothing more than boiled red potatoes that had been mashed; no butter, no cream or milk, no seasoning of any kind. Next to those was broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots - known as "California Blend" on the bags in the frozen food section. Again, no seasoning, no butter, just plain, frozen vegetables. The "seared & slowly braised beef tips" in the pie were NOT slowly braised. They were fatty, tough, and chewy, and not even a hint of Guinness in the flavor.

The server came by a couple of minutes after serving us to ask if everything was okay and I said, honestly, that I wasn't sure yet, so then she avoided us for about 15 minutes. I finally caught her eye and told her that the food was horrible and, as I was explaining, she interrupted me to ask if I wanted to try something else. I asked for a menu and said I'd try the Chicken & Leek pie, to which she responded, "I wouldn't suggest it. If you didn't like the other one, you probably won't like this either, and it takes a long time to cook." That was enough for me to decide that it was time to go. Paid for our (overpriced) beers and left

My husband and I are both Irish and I have a degree in hospitality administration and the culinary arts. This place needs some...

If you are even thinking about eating at this restaurant, run, don’t walk, to the nearest McDonalds. It bills itself as an Irish pub but when you are seated, you receive a menu from the neighboring Dixie Saloon. This should have been our first clue. About five Irish entrees were listed on the front of the napkin holder. Our server seemed to be unfamiliar with any of these entrees. That should have been our second clue. My husband ordered Irish stew over biscuits. About one ladle of cold stew was spread over three biscuits which must have been at least a week old…hard and inedible. I ordered corned beef and cabbage. In all my life, I’ve never been served crunchy, crispy corned beef in a portion so small I had to hunt for it. It was served with hush puppies. Seriously? I’ve never met an Irish hush puppy. We told our server the meal was bad. He brought the check for the full amount. We asked to speak with the manager because we believed an adjustment to the bill was in order. The manager obviously never learned the golden rule of customer service…the customer is always right. We proceeded to tell him about our issues with the food and requested an adjustment. He became belligerent, accused me of shouting at him … I have a naturally loud voice which carried even more in the confines of the wooden booth. He accused me of being aggressive toward him…me…a 75 year old white haired grandmother! He begrudgingly comped our meals and threw us out of his restaurants. We couldn’t leave fast enough. If you want good, or even just decent Irish food, stay far away...

Very disappointed in the experience I received at this establishment. The blonde bartender with black glasses was the rudest person I have ever encountered in a guest driven establishment. At one point, we finally tried to get her attention in order to order a drink, since we had been there for 15 minutes without any acknowledgement, she told us that she couldn't get us a beer; she had other customer's drinks to make. Finally, another short-haired female bartender came and greeted us asking if she could get us anything. We ordered our drinks and were appreciative of her service. The rude bartender came back and actually said, "I told them I couldn't get them a drink. They didn't like that answer!" I said to her, "Excuse me, we did not go AROUND you to order a drink. This woman asked us if she could help us!" The rude women rolled her eyes and continued to completely over serve the people at the bar next to us. They were clearly extremely intoxicated while the bartender continued to serve them shots and drinks! (completely illegal! That will get an establishment shut down!) If I ever decide to walk into O'Reilly's again, I WILL ABSOLUTELY WALK OUT IF I SEE THIS AWFUL WOMAN AGAIN! SHE IS BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, AND NEEDS TO WORK SOMEWHERE THAT SHE DOESN'T HAVE TO...
