Gary & Gussie Williams Memorial Park — Attraction in Mackinaw Township

Still one of the most peaceful, quaint little known about parks in Mackinaw City. The city has become so commercialized and lost its small town appeal somewhere in the last 20 years but this park holds onto what’s left of it.

Great views of the Mighty Mac and the island. Quiet because your are far enough from the bridge not to hear the trucks and are located off a side street.

This was the 1st time to visit a park. It is beautiful set right next to the lake and the sand is really nice and white. I would recommend going there with kids and with pets but please be careful of your patch. I loved spending time there with my family and I thought everything looked gorgeous.
