Mack-A-Tron — Attraction in Mackinaw Township

Located surrounded by the shopping district in Mackinaw City. Took a break on my road trip, and found this amazing to see. (Bumblebee is my favorite transformer) . Especially since I read that the construction of Mack-A- Tron incorporates Michigan throughout. Using parts signifying Our auto industry and then to also include pieces from our grand Mighty Mac bridge . When my friends take their kids to see it, they are sooo excited. And the Mom's are excited since it's surrounded by the unique shops in the immediate area. Dad's can be excited since the family is happy & a couple shops geared towards men too 😊. ( & or can relax in a restaurant/bar for a bit). Was a great stop for me to spend an hour or 2 stretching my legs for the next duration of my road trip . It was off season and a Sunday, but several shops were still open to browse through. ( NO tickets required for this...

Mack-A-Tron

A very large statue that looks similar to Bumblebee from the Transformers franchise. Made from car parts. Huge. Very big and tall. Looks to be about 30' more or less. Well taken care of but a little dusty. Mostly clean. Lots of photo takers.
