Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Macomb Township

I ordered a catering tray for my wedding For the time between the wedding and the reception for the party Bus. I ordered the tray one week in advance and paid for it in advance along with a hefty tip. I stated in the delivery instructions to deliver to the party bus parked in front of the church and stated the name of the party bus company. The catering order never showed up. I called Jimmy John's and the driver stated that he gave it to a lady who said she would take care of it. The catering order never showed up. I asked what could he done now because we were expecting a a tray of subs but the manager stated nothing can be done and my money will be refunded.... the answer i was looking for was "hang tight and we will rush deliver a tray to you or have your party bus swing by and pick up your tray we will remake it." But instead the manager was rather short with me and said sorry about your luck it was delivered but must have fallen into the wrong hands. Needless to say I would never recommend...

I ordered a delivery at 6:45, called an hour and a half later to get an update because my app didn’t even say it was out for delivery at that point so I was checking in to see what the delay was. I only live a couple miles away so I thought it was a little strange it hadn’t been on it’s way yet. The person I spoke with was kind about the situation, told me that they would credit the delivery fee to my account, and told me they would send me out a new order. He apologized and said there was some mix up. I thanked him for the help and told him I didn’t mind waiting little longer for my order and I appreciated the credit. My food didn’t get delivered until 9 and I went to retrieve it from my porch and the drink was missing. I called back and was offered another credit to my account for the cost of my drink. I didn’t see any credits on my account, so I’m not sure about that.Disappointed in the wait and my missing drink, however , the sandwich was good. I don’t think I would risk ordering from this...

We have ordered delivery from this store several times and it has always gone well until last week. After waiting about 45 minutes for the app to show our order as being "out for delivery", we called the store and were told it would be "on the road" soon. About 20 minutes later, it showed as "out for delivery" and arrived 1 HOUR AND 45 MINUTES after we ordered. One of the main reasons that we ordered from JJs is because they will deliver fountain sodas. When the guy arrived, he had two 20 oz. bottles of soda with one being not the type we even ordered. When we asked where our fountain sodas were, he said he couldn't bring them because his Camaro does not have cup holders. Called the store to complain - woman who answered was extremely rude. Filed a complaint via JJ.com and received a response that the store is independently owned and operated. Unacceptable. As of right now, we don't plan to visit any JJs locations...
