Cold Stone Creamery — Restaurant in Macon

This is by far the worst Cold Stone I have EVER been to. The lack off up to par training is flat out ridiculous. I purchased and "Everybody's" Founder's Favorite. The ice cream, itself, was good, because it''s Cold Stone. It'll taste the same regardless of where you get it..But the preparation and execution here...AWFUL. First of all, the mix was the worst I've ever seen. She literally just balled all of my toppings into the center of the ice cream, absolutely NO quality mixing of my ingredients. She also gave me the smallest amount of chocolate and Caramel, DEFINITELY not comparable to the size of an "Everybody's" helping. And then told me it would cost an additional .79 for more. Which is insane considering their squeezes are at the discretion of who's making it, and not a set amount. It's pretty much a rip off at this location. I'm assuming it's because this is a new location, but they definitely need to get it together. There's no need to nickle and dime when you're charging premium prices and people are paying it. Customer service is a zero. An Indian male, who I’m assuming was the owner or in management, was very unprofessional and borderline rude. The Oreos in my ice cream were stale (soft and had a weird taste). I wasn’t going to say anything about it, but he asked me if it was good (I was standing near the register waiting on my friends after I paid). I told him it wasn’t good and that the Oreos were stale. He told me that he purchases the cookies from the Kroger in the same plaza and said he has never gotten any complaints before. Well obviously I’m letting you know now, so I asked if I could get my ice cream made over and he said no. Why ask your customer if the ice cream is good when you have no intentions on making it right if it’s not? I will be contacting corporate about this as well. At this point, it’s just the principle of it all. I’m not a complainer, but I do think customer service is an essential aspect of running a business. Unfortunately, this location is lacking...

I recently visited Cold Stone Creamery, and I had an absolutely fantastic experience! The ice cream was nothing short of amazing—so creamy and packed with flavor. I tried the "Birthday Cake Remix," and it was a delightful combination of cake batter ice cream, sprinkles, and fudge. Each bite was pure bliss!

What truly set this visit apart was the exceptional customer service. The staff was not only friendly but also incredibly helpful in recommending flavors. They took the time to make sure I got exactly what I wanted, even customizing my order to perfection.

The atmosphere was fun and inviting, making it a perfect spot to enjoy a sweet treat. I can't recommend Cold Stone enough! If you're craving delicious ice cream and top-notch service, this is the place to go! I’ll definitely be back for more! 🍦❤️...
