Waited in the drive through for at least 5 or ten minutes. Line started to back up and about 10-15 cars drove away because they were not being answered or served, so I went into the store and was told their system was down and they would be back up in about 10-15 minutes. I waited patiently. I asked for a water and the ice machine is not working correctly. I finally get my food and my cup after the system is up and every single one of the fountain drinks is stale and bad, tasting very flat. I complained about the soda machine and was told they were aware of this issue and that everyone was bringing their drinks back. No options were given in terms of a refund or fix. They were careless.

They said they did not know how to fix the carbonation and didn't know what was wrong with it; and that none of the employees knew how to fix this problem... so I asked for a fountain drink from the drink machine in the drive through and was told that one was broken as well -- same issue, same excuse -- They didn't know why. I asked if the tea was good and they said yes, and so I asked to have some sweet tea.

They went to fill my dirty cup with tea, and so I asked to have them rinse my cup first. So they chucked my old cup in the garbage, aggressively, then filled my cup up with stale tea. Gross. How you can live in Georgia and get sweet tea wrong is beyond me.

The inside store closes at 11. They locked the doors at 10:45.

Went home and lo and behold both my orders were incorrectly prepared. Very disappointed in the service.

Called the restaurants phone number for the owner and of course their voicemail box is full.

This is probably one of the worst McDonald's I've ever visited. The next worst is owned by the same people. I usually go through the drive thru. 95% of the time, I will wait longer than 10 minutes from the moment I order to the time I get my food (I've been timing it for the last six months). About half of the time, it was a 15 minute or longer wait. A little less than half the time, they are out of Dr. Pepper. I didn't realize how bad the food was until I went to a McDonald's elsewhere and that food was hot and good, I can't say that about this McDonald's at all. Sometimes I stop to get my pups some cheeseburgers as a treat. My exact words every time are, "2 plain cheeseburgers. Just the meat and cheese, nothing else." I have gotten every variation under the sun except 2 plain cheeseburgers. I have yet to encounter anyone there that acts remotely like they know what they are doing and no one is any kind of a hurry. I am not impressed by this location. The color of one's skin should not determine the service you receive! Our money was green just like everyone else's! We placed our order online for a counter pickup. Our food was handed to us and I received my drink but not my mother's. The gentleman then handed me a cup and I asked if it was diet? He didn't know then just agreed that it was. My mother is a diabetic and no she wasn't eating any food because she's a type one diabetic, she was just thirsty! The contents in my cup were wrong so we dumped hers to not risk it. Please know what you hand your paying customers! Many have medical reasons. I then dumped her cup and went to the fountain to put the appropriate beverage in it. The fountain machine was not working. I walked up to the counter and asked for a refill of the diet drink. They said get it from the fountain. I told them it wasn't working. They thought it was funny and laughed at me. I was told to go back to the fountain because it was unlocked now.
