Checkers — Restaurant in Macon

Worst Checkers in the history of Checkers and Rally's. This place used to be banging, now I think Checkers would be better to shut it down. The food is still great, but the service, oh that's a whole different story. It has become almost impossible to place an order there. I work super late and they are one of the only places open when I get off, so naturally I eat there a lot. Went 4 times in 12 days, yes I know that's a lot, but the reason is because out of 4 times I was able to place 1 successful order. The other 3 times all I got was the automated system asking if I would like to try the number one combo then cut out and a human from inside takes over and all you get is system's down. That's it, system's down. No we apologize for the inconvenience, no indication of when it will be back up, just... system's down. 3 times in 12 days y'all, the most recent being just last night. I pull up, the automated lady starts her thing and then BLAM... SYSTEMS DOWN! So I'm like okay Krystal still open, so I go across the street to Krystal, spend 15 minutes there, and when I pull out guess what... There are three cars in line at Checkers getting served. So either they really do have a problem with their system or they just don't like me personally, I don't really care either way. All I know is, if their system is down that much then A. Checkers need to fix them S*+#s, or B. Checkers employees are stealing from the company by picking and choosing when and who they take orders from. Either way I won't ever go back there. Recommended y'all don't either. It's sad, I remember when that place wasn't even there, and then it came and was awesome for a long time, not anymore. Oh yeah, and the one order I did get to place... it was completely wrong and not anything at all resembling what I ordered. I think Central Park should come...

This is hands down the worst fast food ANYTHING that I have ever been to. Every time I've ever been there the order comes out wrong.... One time the lady at the counter kept my debit card then denied it. I went there tonight and the conversation went as follow ' Hey how is y our night going?'... The chick rolled her eyes and didn't respond, she then dropped my card and the only words I heard from her the entire time 'its undah dah cuh'... She didnt give me the total or respond to anything I said to her. Then when i checked to make sure the order was right (BECAUSE IT LITERALLY NEVER HAS BEEN IN THE HISTORY OF ME COMING HERE) she says 'wow!', like i had done something wrong...... EVERYONE HERE NEEDS TO BE FIRED AND REPLACED, I'm tired of getting dirty looks and made to feel bad for ordering a hamburger at a fast food chain. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. I'M GIVING IT ONE STAR BECAUSE I CAN't SUBMIT 0 STAR!!! If you get to the window and see TIFFANY M, leave...dont even bother trying...its going...

I have been here several times it’s a decent burger at a good price. Today I pulled up to the store at about 2:20pm am there was an employee sitting out back smoking a black and mild who told me that they were closed for 20 minutes because their “machine was down”. I asked if I could talk to the manager, she gave me the store number. I think she meant the order point/speaker box was down, but then why could they take my order at the window? I called and nobody answered, the whole situation seemed strange, like how did they know that the machine would be working again in 20 minutes? Seems like the supervisors at this store need a bit more coaching on problem solving or maybe they just wanted to take an extended smoke break. If I was the owner I would definitely want to know what’s going on in my store, or maybe the owner knows and doesn’t care. Either way I’m going to find a new spot to grab...
