Dunkin' — Restaurant in Madison Heights

I am going to be nice but I am upset. This has been my favorite Dunkin since they opened however as of late my coffee order has been consistently incorrect! Sunday and this morning, I went through the drive-thru and my order was incorrect on BOTH days; no hazelnut or sugar in my coffee! I had no time this morning to return to ask them to remake it and I was already on Stephenson on my way to my office. This was not the start to my day I wanted! I do not understand how the tag on the cup is correct but the person making the drink does not follow what the customer is asking for. I will be going in tomorrow and asking for my coffee from today to be replaced. I was not able to reach the store via phone as the number is disconnected. What a fantastic establishment and crew!

I've been going here several times a week since they opened, seeing how they are just a couple blocks from my house. A turkey sausage, egg and cheese on a croissant, hash browns and 2 XL coffees, each with 5 creams, 5 Splenda. Perfect and consistent every time. Unfortunately, a doctor-dictated diet will slow my visits, but I will still treat myself regularly.

They have always been pleasant, professional and speedy. Even when there is a line of cars, I've gotten in and out within 8-10 minutes, max. And they will occasionally slip a free treat in the bag, too.

One note: the Google location info states they open at 5AM but they've never been open earlier than 6AM tmk. Not marking down for it but they should change the hours...

This is the "BEST" Dunkin in the state! The customer service at this Dunkin is EXCELLENT and the staff are kind, friendly and warm. I come here every morning on my way to work and even when I am off on the weekends. They know my voice when I drive up to place my order, know my order without me telling them and always have a kind work when I get to the window! I had a cold and they would ask me how I was feeling and a kind word for better health. I LOVE going to this Dunkin and drive out of my way on the weekend just to go to this location even though I have a Dunkin where I live! It is refreshing to encounter such wonderful people to start my day and I always pull away with a smile! If you have not been to this location, stop...you will always come back! ...
