Worst service ever! Got my order wrong 3 times then the manager wanted to give me a shitty attitude. No apologies. She grabbed the sandwich out of my hand and asked me what it was. I told her it was correct on the receipt. She tore the receipt off of the sandwich and read it to the cook. She then threw it away! I should have asked for it back. I had, in the time I waited, went to my car and retrieved the rest of my food ($5 deal) as it was cold to replace. This seemed to aggravate her even more. She snatched it off the counter, looked inside, tossed it in the trash. After waiting longer than necessary, she brought my food. Unfortunately, I didn't check it. I assumed the manager had. Got to my car and decided to check it again before I left. Wrong, again! I went back in and the same lovely manager immediately came over and asked what was wrong now? She had replaced my order receipt with one that was incorrect. I told her what was wrong. She looked at the replaced receipt and told the cook that the girl who took the order got it wrong!! I told her the order taker was correct. The order receipt she threw away was correct. The one she had replaced it with was wrong. She turned her back on me and gave the order. I also returned the rest of the order, which was cold. While I, once again waited, another employee came up and asked her what's the problem? Manager told her that this is the 3rd time I've said it was wrong. The bag with the cold rest of the order was still on the counter. The employee asked about it and she told her I wanted the rest of the order replaced again to and she had replaced it last time. She acted like I was scamming them. I asked for nothing free. I just wanted what I paid for. Out front where everyone could hear. If this is the quality of people you choose to manage your restaurant and employees, I question your requirements. The replacement burger was garbage. I believe purposely. By this time, I had spent 45 minutes on what should have been a simple, easy, quick drive thru order and knew if I went back in, I wasn't going to be nice about it anymore. I threw the garage away and drove a few minutes to Burger King. Good, hot food, friendly, happy to help employees that got my order correct the 1st time! Pass this McDonald's by. I stopped in on 10/21/18 and had the slowest, worst customer service possible,I was even admonished over something that was beyond my control by one of the girls behind the counter.after nearly a half an hour wait (I placed my order at 10:45 a.m and didn't get it until 11:12 a.m) I went to the pick up counter to see what was going on.i stood there while a girl on the other side of the counter just looked past me,as soon as another customer walked up she asked if she could help him.thats when I got ticked off, I said nevermind the 380 lb guy that's standing in front of you, apparently I'm invisible.thats when she asked if she could help me. I showed her my receipt and asked if I could get my stuff,she got my coffee and then started on the sweet tea,that's when mgr (?) Told me in the future that they would give me the cup and that I would have to get my own tea,I said that she wouldn't have to worry about the future because I won't be back at this location.then on top of the long wait , surprise, surprise,my order of course was wrong even though the guy that took it read it back to me !!! Read moreHORRIBLE experience! My girlfriend and I were just in the drive through. Our order was probably one of the easiest orders (10 piece nugget meal with a large doet coke no ice, and a grilled chicken and a bacon ranched grilled chicken salad with no tomatoes and an extra chicken breast). Once we pulled up to the FIRST window, we were asked at least SIX TIMES WHAT OUR ORDER WAS AND WE REPEATED THE SAME ORDER ALL SIX TIMES! Girl told us the total was $11 and change. We pull up to the next window and are immediately told to pull forward because the salad isnt done (this is right about 9:20 at this point, we initially started everything at 9:10, so already 10 minutes in. At 9:30, the manager came out and delivered food to another car that was waiting in front of us. I did manage to tell her that i ordered a Diet Coke with no ice, and I was definitely given ice. It was whatever at this point and i didn't care. I'll drink it. Fine. 5 minutes go by and 2 employees come to the window to had us our food. I'll give you guys ONE pat on the back for giving me an extra 10 piece for our wait, but low and behold, THE SALAD IS COMPLETELY WRONG! AFTER WE TOLD YOU WHAT SALAD IT WAS SIX TIMES!
