My husband and I went to burger king on 8/27/24 for breakfast in the drive thru, they were not busy. We was rushed to order, rushed to pay and then the cashier in the drive thru hurriedly took the card and scanned it and hurried and handed it back along with the food. At this same time she was too busy talking to another employee instead of doing her job and wanted to continue her conversation. We thought that was poor and rude service but ok we have been going to burger king everyday and using the same card. Today 8/28/24, I was on the phone with my husband while at the same burger king and the same cashier had an attitude on the speaker and yelled "WHAT" while he was trying to order at the window, she was also complaining her stomach hurt. The cashier told him he did not pay for his food yesterday with an attitude. My husband told her "you rushed the card and food to me and told me I was good". At this same time she was busy talking to a black female employee. He told her all you had to do was press enter for the card to approve the transaction (run it as credit), she blamed him and told him he drove off in a hurry like he wanted to steal the food. She also said it was his job to make sure the payment went through. He said that it's a Discover (debit card company) thing to have to press credit or enter. She said well don't know one else come through the drive thru with a Discover card and don't come back here with that card no more she was rude as hell and shut the window and ran off. The Cashier was a white female blue eyes heavy set. We always used the Discover card at this location, never had an issue or was asked for the pin number before. Today when he put in the pin to pay she hovered over him like his pin was going to decline as if it was a stolen card. WE refuse to go to any burger king because...
Read moreLast time a came here I waited 20 minutes for my food with no other customers there. I didnt want to go back after that but my boyfriend insisted. We again were the only customers and the employees looked like they've never seen a customer before. My boyfriend ordered what he wanted to be told it was discontinued. I understand that but I dont understand having it on the menu screen especially if thats the only thing on the menu. Noticed the employee working the grill was wearing slip on sandles and socks. We placed our order and waited. At some point the employee put our cups on the counter without a word. We didnt see her do it. She clearly thought we were stupid when we asked of they were for us. Only 2 pops had syrup so the drink selection was slim. There was trash on the fountain station as well. We picked the cleanest table we could next to a window once the food arrived. Food was lukewarm. Ordered poppers which tasted like they were reheated instead of fresh. The employees then decide to start blaring rap music. The employee working one of the drive thru window was screaming through the store. He was also wearing sandles. At some point a older man comes in to order for his family and is trying to scream his order over the music. I looked out the window, not only was there huge dead bugs on the sill but there was a dead bird hanging from the light. If the lack of customer service skills werent enough to keep me away the dead bird did it for me. The owner of this BK needs to fix this place or sell it to...
Read moreFirst off, a review like this should ever have to be made. I ordered at the drive-through, so I can't speak to the dining area, but the drive-through is definitely the worst experience I've had at a BK just sad. I get to the speaker, and the voice quite faintly asks what I wanted to order. I say my order, and then the person on the other end mumbles something, so ask if they can repeat. Same thing mumbling. Finally, they speak up. However, they do so to tell me that they can't hear me. Bear in mind that I've been talking loudly since I can barely hear them. So I repeat what I had said, the person replied, half mumbling "I can't hear what you're saying." At this point, I exclaimed that the ordering system must have a problem, and I would simply drive around and then go inside to order. At this point, the person on the other end repeated the exact order I had been trying to place then proceeded to act as if I was the problem. Needless to say, I did not use my credit card and even thought about just chucking the food after I drove a bit. Honestly, I was concerned that the food had been tampered with, being I had been treated in such a manner. In short, just go to McDonald's or Taco Bell or any other food joint. It's not worth being treated so poorly. I personally will no longer be a customer at BK, they have become a total embarrassment to the fast...
