I am thoroughly disgusted with the service at your business.

My friend and I had just entered your bar at approximately 12:30pm. We bought four drinks at your bar for the two of us and two other friends. Within minutes, we saw two acquaintances and greeted them. One of the acquaintances informed us that he/she had brought cans of Keystone Light into your bar. She offered a beer to my me, and I gave it to my friend to dispose of because neither of us wanted to drink any beverages not purchased at your bar. So, we set it on the bar, and your unfriendly manager accused us of bringing the beer into your bar, which was completely untrue. It was very clear that neither of us could have brought beer into the bar given that we didn't have any purses or bags on us.

While the provider of the can of beer should have come forward to defend us, she did not, and we were treated with no trust or respect as customers of your business. I love Madison, and it has a reputation for great service and a great social scene. Unfortunately, for our group of 15 people, you have entirely tarnished your reputation. You no longer fit the Madison standard for social/dining experiences.

I refuse to be treated like a liar, and your (female) manager tonight provided unacceptable service to my friends and I. I will no longer recommend your locale to visitors, and I regret ever purchasing any goods from you.

Please improve your staff, culture and values before you serve another customer...

This place offers club life and dive bar wrapped in one. I have great times here rather it’s game day or a night to hang out with friends. I will get fed and good drinks for cheap. Seriously no where else on campus can you find the combo.

Bartender threw out one of our drinks right in front of our face. They also skipped our music that we paid to play. Watched them use the remote to change it. Also, heard the bartenders trash talking us?? We didn't even do anything wrong. Crooked bar and that's why they never...
