IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING SHOPPING HERE PLEASE READ THIS I recently had the worst customer service experience in my life, I purchased of an item that appeared to be in working condition; however after bringing it home I noticed marking (sub-dermal breaks) in the glass, which I've come to learn means the product will be breaking soon. Before I had the chance to bring it in, while putting the product into a padded case it broke exactly on the line. Total time: 12 hours. Now this was custom made by their glass blower, so I brought it back expecting them to understand that sometimes custom stuff isn't made the best so rectification is necessary, but that's not what I got. Instead I was dismissed, refused any semblance of help from employees, and told to get the f* out of the store, leading me to file a dispute claim with my credit card. Later I returned to give them another chance to fix the product allowing me to redact the claim, however I was immediately met with rudeness, followed by attacks on my character and moral being for simply trying to get this worked out. This culminated in an employee hollering and cursing me out to the point where I no longer feel safe in this store. I was suggested to this place by my brother. When I first entered the store i was very pleased and surprised by there large selection of pipes/waterpipes and smiling faces from the employees. I made my way to the back to purchase some CBD flower. They had a really nice selection of CBD flower that I have not seen before. I was greeted by a tall young man with very long blonde hair I didn't catch his name. I decided to get 7 grams of moonrock CBD and asked "is this a sativa or indica". In which he snapped and rudely said to me "DUDE! This is CBD it's none psychoactive you won't get high". When i was just curious if this is a good strain to take right before bed or starting your day. I brushed it off as i am a pretty humbled person bit when i got home... i was a little frustrated. The first time i looked at the bag i noticed it was pretty small so i decided to measure it myself. Only to find out he gave me instead of 7 grams (In which i asked for) he gave me 3.5 grams. I was disappointed i felt ripped off. I unfortunately will not be bringing my business here any more and i am curious have he done this to anyone else. Bought a torch from this location YESTERDAY. Worked for maybe a couple times and wouldn’t light again. Brought it back thinking I would be given a new torch on the spot, but I was told I need to handle the inconvenience of sending it in for warranty and being short a torch for however long it takes to get there and then come back and pay for the postal. To me this defeats the purpose of buying it retail, I could’ve gotten it online for cheaper and would’ve taken half the time to get there.

That being said the staff there are not to blame for their policy. They handled the situation as best as they could. They gave me a new cheap torch for the inconvenience, but I still had to pay for it!
