So, I'm a pretty frequent shopper at Urban and I've always had a good experience. However, I came into the store yesterday and I've been eyeing a tote bag for MONTHS and waited for it to go on sale. It happened to be 50% off in the app, but not in the store. Don't get me wrong, majority of the workers are pretty chill but this one lady who looked like older, (most of the workers look like in college) but this one worker who looked maybe like a manager status?? (around 30s Im assuming) told me I couldn't get the discount because it's an app only discount. I said ok, can I place an order for pick up from the app since its on sale on the app. She said yes, but I'd need to get it for delivery.. I said oh I've done pick up 100's of times for this store, you have the bag in stock.. so can i pick it up from here? she said ok but it'll take a few hours.. and then i asked her if i can put the bag on hold to make sure nobody gets it and it was the last one. Then she doesn't even say yes, she just says "i'll leave it behind the counter" and walks away. I check hours later, and then they marked the tote bag as backordered which means it's out of stock which is not true because I literally asked to save it so I can pick it up. She was not very nice, and not very willing to assist me on getting a item I really wanted for a sale price. I would've given it a 1 star, but the rest of the workers...

I showed up ground 7:15 to find the doors locked and a paper printout taped up saying that today (12/15) of all days they are closed at 7. They never updated on goof. I live about a half hour From Madison and came here specifically for several things my daughter asked for a Christmas gift.

The killer sales staff helped me decide on a color and thennnnnnn apparently they can just ship it right to your house at the same price right from the register..... whaaaaa?!!! I was legitimately impressed by that. Usually the online and brick and mortar channels are so seperate, this was seamless and a seriously great value where I would otherwise not have bought the shirts because I would have lost interest after I left the store and not gone online. #smartbusiness. ...
