Called today to place an order, wanted to make sure they knew I would be using the East High Football savings card and the man who answered proceeded to tell me he knew nothing about the card. I told him what the offer was on the card and he said again he knew nothing about it and that I would have to speak to his general manager and ask his GM if he allowed East High to use the offer on their cards because he knew nothing about the offer. So I asked if there was a manager there who would know the answer and be able to allow me to use the offer and he said he was the manager and knew nothing about it. Again told me I could speak to his GM tomorrow, I explained I didn't want to order tomorrow I wanted to order for lunch today and that we would just be ordering from Milios. News flash, if you allow an offer/sponsorship to be put on these cards, then you should inform your employees about them so when customers call to use them, we are not turned away from giving you money because your manager/employee has no clue what offers are being promoted. Read moreWe put an order in for our office. When our colleague arrived to pick up the food, not only was it not ready, but they didn't even seem to know anything about my order. It did say on the website that the order had been received and processed. Next, they handed my colleague 2 sandwiches. Our order also contained 3 other menu items that were not given to her without her asking. Had she not been present during the discussion at the office about the order, ahe very well could have left without those items. When she got back to the office, I noticed 2 things missing from my sandwich that I paid extra for. When I called the store about it, I was offered the option to either come back and pick up the missing items or a credit towards my next order. I honestly hadn't planned on ordering from here again because I simply don't make a habit of ordering takeout. After a few bites, my other colleague realized that they completely left Mayo off her sandwich, which wasn't even an additional request, but an included topping on the veggie.... Read moreThe staff are generally quite nice, and the product is the standard you can expect from Jimmy John's, my only issue with this specific location is the delivery time. We only live 5 minutes from the store, but we have yet to recieve an order that takes less than 35 minutes. (Our orders are typically 2 subs with sides and drinks) More than twice it has taken 45+ minutes to recieve our order, and once it took over an hour and fifteen minutes. It could very well be that they are understaffed or swamped with deliveries - but we order regularly and regardless of what day or time we order, we've never gotten the order in less than 35 minutes. It just seems to be really unusual for Jimmy Johns.
